Hey Pig, a thought I had when you were describing Serial splitting his forces to minimise widow mine losses. I love the idea of the player view but it's always far too fast for me to understand what's actually happening. Could you break down some elite micro (or macro multi tasking) plays on slow mo for a pleb like me?
It's tough to grasp exactly what they're doing without seeing their mouse movements, but perhaps my POV casts from top player's livestreams over on my other channel will give you some good insight: ruclips.net/p/PLFUDU8AOevUfDTpAj-EDvihxLLkXPAE9E&si=waHSMLlsx6yodiOo | I'll see if I can do an analysis of one of these cool moments at the end of the game in an upcoming cast
Why do terrans not make a raven get fungled once and get gged it seems we see alot of a sneaky uncke fester just sneakin in burrowed and pop up fire once and get the gg and no terrans ever have a raven
I wish Clem would just get a bunker at is 3rd/4th and leave a couple units there. Such a shame watching him lose like that over and over again from small runbys and never adjusting for it.
But Clem is strong because he is extremely aggressive. Even 10-15 seconds delay at that level is massive. I’m not saying you’re wrong, but it’s such a hard line to walk
The issue wasn’t not getting a bunker. The issue was not properly scouting Serral’s worker count. Zerg can’t build runby AND workers. You’ll notice that whenever the initial runby starts, Serral was equal-ish in workers to clem meaning his army supply was much larger than usual. That means Serral is very committed to getting damage which means Clem needs to just be less aggressive with his army.
@@qrv123 You can see that because you watch a replay. Do you really think it is that easy to scout Serral ? These guys are pros and experts at denying scout with queens. What you say makes sense but it works only on paper.
@@johanjof5613Its not easy, I’ve never said it was easy. But this guy’s solution of just building a blind bunker at his 3rd and 4th are a lot worse. Another solution is to put marine spotters or something else to get more map vision.
As a Terran fan who didn't watch any SC2 for a couple months, I come back to watch Pig cast Clem 0-3 vs. Serral, Maru 0-3 vs. Serral, Clem 0-3 vs. Maxpax ... like dang can Terran get 1 win in the round???
Pig made a huge blunder in his casting. Technically every single match up is very momentum based and I can get into this more if you want to debate. Terran vs zerg is not the only match up that is momentum based. I’d argue Terran vs Terran is the least like that because of the siege tank nature but yeah totally incorrect. At least in the higher level games which is mostly what you cast.
haha, 36:00 is how you write a timestamp but I got ya. Momentum is a factory in every matchup, but it's definitely the biggest in ZvT. Falling behind in the "who goes first" game often puts you massively behind and leads to a series of losing trades and you fall further and further behind.
3:05
"dude Clem's got a great start here"
30 seconds later...
3:35
"this is a great start for Serral!"
This one broke my heart ..... one of them was ready and studiet the opponent ... THE other one was to cocky ... damn... THNX for the cast PiG ^^
*pats Pig on the back for his burp skills*
3:24 it's hilarious to see pig having a similar reaction on this part both from his personal cast to Katowice 2024
"Serral's creep sucks balls right now .... I'm sorry guys, sucks disruptors "

Great cast! Thank you!
@PiG You might have to start doing "PiG Uncut" versions for those of us who want to hear you belch and swear! XD
What an epic game from both players. Can’t help myself but seeing Serral regaining control against Clem feels really satisfying.
3:2 = epic but not 3:0 :DDDDDDDDDDDDD
ZERG OP
Love the casting! Keep up the great work!
Pig is the Serral of casting games.
Pigs casting is more consistent than Byuns choking 😮
What's up with that Matthew McConaughey introduction? 😄
Serral: take my FUNGO and make my day
I feel VIP of cast and watch subscribing in your YT. Thanks 👍
Serral is a unstoppable force!!!

I think they'll have to start building one with how good Serral is at the burrowed-infestor move
I'm fan of Clem but Serral is so strong
27:00 :D
Twice so far you’ve said beautiful in an English accent. Bew-i-full. 😂
haha when I'm TRULY impressed that one comes out
Is Serral losing at all?

I mean finally a Zerg takes this man down. Clem is unstoppable in zvt. I would cry playing against him.
