Use the geardragon then. All traps cant be activated at battle phase while after succesfull attack can destroy backrow.

Got One-Card Wonder from the skill lottery today and made a deck based on this...it is indeed cancer. Rarely loses except when opponent has perfectly timed negate cards.

I tried it myself after the stream and you know what? I faced one jinzo, but since this deck has 3 kuriboh, and 3 flutes to summon him, I stalled until getting my golem in hand and... I TRIBUTED HIS JINZO LOL! Ez win !

Draining shield seems the only terrible card . He got lucky the opponent didn't have anything to remove it as nowadays it's not very difficult to remove backrow and stopping battle traps is easier. There's a reason Clash is a much better option than battle traps like Wall of D.
Use Outstanding Dog Maroon to saves you from decking out and to defend your LP
Dog Marron literally keeps the duel endlessly unless he's banished

For anyone who wants to spread this cancer, and doesn't have Hamstrat, Scapeghost is only a rare and has roughly the same effect.
But honestly, Scapeghost is VERY FAR from being as good as Hamstrat.

The funny thing now talking about the current and failed banlist meta is...
Darklord is totally immune to every Stall deck that exists and would exist in this game:
- No Deck Out: Darklord can never deck out.
- No Burn: Darklord can negate its own Lava Golem every turn, and instead of burning, is healing.
- The new meta is forcing players to use Cosmic Cyclone so no Necrovalley/ShadowImprisoningMirror on the field.
- Just wait patiently until 60 Stall cards decks itself out. C:

Annnnnnd Necrovalley/Shadow Imprisoning my dude. I CRUSHED Darklord all day in the KC cup playing this. I farmed over 40k pts day 1 with it. Beating mostly Darklord. They were running Trunade over CC, and as soon as I played Necrovally or Shadow imprisoning the game was over, they can't shuffle anything back into the deck. You just stall them until you draw one of those cards. EZ.

@@FredxForce I did, it's basically the same on ladder. Of the few darklord you do see in ladder, most are still running trunade. And even ones with CC will lose because they try to CC back row too early, and end up losing when you drop the well timed necrovalley. I went 27-0 with this on stream my dude. About a week ago.
@@FredxForce in other words, this is not a tournament deck. It's a deck to smash plebs on ladder. EVERYONE on ladder is a suboptimal player with a suboptimal list. Ladder is and always has been a joke.

This deck has a 8/30 chance for brick ( If u go first). Plus in current meta, cyclone destroys first turn

I made a cancerous deck prior to dsod similar in play style to this. And sadly, a strategy built around not interacting with your opponent at all is surprisingly effective.

I'm not sure this will work for me. One-card wonder only works if the starting deck only has dark monsters.
Yubel-Nephtys counters this pretty well. Can't Lava Golem because Terror Incarnate is always the only monster on the field during your end phase. Cerulean and Sacred Phoenix come back in the standby phase and wipe the back row each turn
Just watching this deck made me want to jump off a bridge I really hope this deck doesn’t become the new meta because it would kinda ruin a lot of the enjoyment I get from the game
It won't be meta. 6Sam, Despacito, Gears will eat those traps for breakfast and if you go first you can easily get OTK'd by Neos as well. It's funny to see people in comments taking this deck seriously.
NewNecro yeah that’s a good point. I always forget to step back and look at how Dkayed just overhypes whatever deck he’s covering. Just kinda hate these stall deck and with the new ban list, I’m just kinda scared of a shift towards something like this.
Yeah even magician girls counters this it's not even close. gravekeepers to many decks
@@alexc.5304 The ban list was necessary but it's not going kill the current meta like some people make it out to be. Even Darklords (who are supposedly hit the hardest) can just play TtB and still run over Cocytus because they don't really use other tech cards and search from deck what they need.
Just have a jinzo I usually keep 1 jinzo in case they have a bunch of traps

I've been using this skill for a little while and at first I thought it was stupid, but after watching this I got to thinking how effective it could be. I've been using something similar to this, but my deck's ace monster is Ancient Gear Reactor Dragon along with stalling traps and Winged Kuriboh. It's not extremely consistant, but I've moved up 3 ranks in gold over the past 8 hours.

Or just have the skill only work if starting the duel with 4 Infernity monsters with different names. Clearly Konami had a vision for this skill to be used in Infernity decks but no precaution.

How does this work against six sams, yubel/nephthys, or blue-eyes?
Trap Stun will see play if that deck is consistently played in the next KC Cup.

i’ve been using One Card Wonder for a long time now. but i’m using it with Inferno Tempest. it’s either they lava golem to death or deck out. i add in koa core juz in case.
also reject reborn, draining shield & impenetrable, u can play but one each. if they clear yo back row, u’re done. this deck best played 30 cards. juz a suggestion.

What happens if stall plays vs stall?
Decks like this are why I mostly play Fortune Lady Every and Star Eater... When you start to see stall garbage like this you get Star Eater out by itself ASAP which is easy to do with Every and Powerful Rebirth.

This can be easily killed by gear dragon though... Since its abilty wont let you activate traps at battle phase. Plus ultimate pound has piercing damage.
That would be interesting to see , but you can activate some traps at the start of the battle phase so it would be possible to stall if you have the right traps, but I can't see how he deals with reactor dragon without being able to summon lava golem.

That's nice, with a little bit creativity you can outrun this deck with ancient gear cause no cards can activate when you declare an attack with almost all ancient gear boss monsters

im pretty sure metaphyss wont care special summon your tyrant dragon with a metaphyss card and it wont be affected by traps if im not wrong

@@nindajuka8427 They are also very recyclable. I play against lava golem with them all the time. You can use lava golem to summon more.
Nice deck but my current deck counters this just saying no activating of effects during Battlephase
