Looks like it requires an active connection to their cloud to actually work. They are offering an integrated environment, but they are not the only folks doing something similar. Emporia, Enphase, and EcoFlow come to mind.

As a condominium board president and EV enthusiast, these MDU circuit breakers don’t solve the problem. Condo & HOA boards need direct billing to EV user. It’s reasonable for 2, 3 or more users sharing each charger. What does Eaton offer for multiple accounts and direct billing because there’s no staff at MDU to bill each EV owner?
