Wow, these are real skilled professionals. Doing great jobs with limited resources. Whoever learned like this never fails in future.

Lol would you run one on. Your families car?

Gloves, denim pants, and closed-toe shoes? This is probably the safest factory in Pakistan. I'm used to seeing people pouring molten cast iron in pajamas and sandals.
Right? Looked like that guy with the cutting torch had actual safety glasses, i didn't really look though
Actually in this clip most of them take safety more seriously. Saw several persons wearing safety footwear. For,me is curious how a pair of Engelbert Strauss ended up in Pakistan as they are really expensive and I don’t see anyone spending money on them. Or just the Western used clothing ends up there with many other stuff?
'
That's why the west going to loose thier industrial control soon. People in the East working as fast as they can and westerns still shopping for the right gloves and the best wine for the weekend. At the end going to be importers. Saudi man passed from here
@@connectorxp they’re likely production runs that didn’t make the “cut” to be sold and so they never leave the country of origin. Or, they’re fake.

I want to see them make the valves 😂
Assalomu alaykum usta....... 👍👍💪
good video
Thank you. Very Enterprising.
Formidable, quelle maitrise !
what about heat treatment
I missed the part where the axles grow in the sun
In 1 second they went from one foot to three foot
And got turned at the lathe 😁

Great workmanship under appalling conditions and zero safety. Not sure how long the axial will last as the quality of steel is of question, guess dirty cheap on the other hand.

That machine is faraway from Cincinnati 😂
Salaam brother can you please tell me where this item is forging, factory addres
Please wear safety glasses please.

What is the fella squirting on the rotating drill bit??
See the USA used to make things. Cincinnati Milicron lathe. Now we buy scrap from China
I wondered that myself. It looked like water! It could be a mix of water and oil, or some kind of coolant. Whatever it was, you can bet it was inexpensive!
anchor chains must be high end virgin steel
Factory ke addresses toh likho description main , kisi naye bande ko wahan pohanchna ho toh kaise pohnche?
And yet we have a fast food worker in the US bitching about their pay and "Cooking French fries is not my job. I only make Big Macs."

Amazing!

are these after market parts? or are these OEM parts for some Pakistani Truck Maker?
Axles are made of steel and tempered after machining, how an axle made from mild steel can sustain stress, its really strange for me to see making axle from MS.
Sure it’s not medium carbon steel?
@@jamesbizs Not Medium it is Mild steel
@@shamsularfeen9793 and how do you know that to be mild steel?
@@janvanruth3485 of course as appearing in video that ring of chain is converted to an axle. I do know that ship chains are made of MS.

😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
But surely if the axles are snapping so regularly that 100s are constantly being made these axles must be like spaghetti, useless. ????
These hard working skilled workers are working in a very tough conditions. Their working conditions and safety measures have not been changed since very long time and they won't change soon. There are many factors their working conditions won't change. Following are some of them.
1. They are not educated workers. They learned the skills for free. Their owner won't let them go anywhere nor he will he pay them adequately.
2. Most of the work they are doing is under the table. To save taxes most of the transactions are verbal.
3. Most probably factory owner is stealing utilities.
Combination of all illegal activities including no money spent on safety measures result in a cheap product which keeps factory owner in business.

Keep the pieces with them there. Towards the end of forging the piece was already "cold". Cracks appear.
And to those of us who actually work with metal.... that's called millscale.. but the armchair can't hold his incompetence back..

Are these guys for real?? Using old chains to make axles. I suppose it's cheaper than buying in steel bar. And that spline machining, lmao.

Meanwhile in the USA, 3 engineers, 6 laborers and 3 500,000 dollar machines produce the same thing for three times the price. And I’ll still buy it because of the quality difference
Only 3 times the price? Damn. That’s cheap.
Hi mate I
Ahh yes, but think about the history of that old anchor chain it was made from. It's like a family heirloom passed down the generations. Think of the huge ship that needed an anchor that big . . . possibly even an Aircraft Carrier that fought in the Pacific War . . . no smartly produced "new steel" made on a million dollar computerised thing-a-ma-jig can hold a candle to that heritage 😳
@@brianLOTO Yes Brian, you're perfectly correct of course from a metallurgical perspective. But not being a mechanic I can persuade myself that the "romantic history of anchor chains" helps to make such home-spun truck axles somehow worthy to continue life inside the banjo casing of a hard working truck's rear drive.
Hope they don't pop out of the casing whilst fully loaded on a highway somewhere, such as those illustrated in numerous Dash-Cam videos . . . 🙄
Old fashioned milling machine, that's the machine I learned when I was still student in engineering more than 20 years ago. Now everything is computer aided and hi tech.
Yesterday is history
Tomorrow is mystery
Today is gift
