When Atticus was diagnosed with a medulloblastoma, a cancerous tumor that grows in the base of the skull, his family was determined to find him the best care possible-no matter the distance. They traveled from their home in Nashville so Atticus could receive proton therapy treatment at Cincinnati Children’s Proton Therapy Center.
