Hello, I have the same model of refrigerator, I wanted to know if you know how to remove the plastic plate that protects the cold system of the frezeer, it has 3 screws, but it does not come out, I need to clean the ventilation ducts, but I can not remove that plastic lid. Any idea?

Hi there - its most likely that the rubber gasket around the door is bent or broken. Just pass your fingers around it and if you notice any unusual bending or compression, try to fix it first. Hope this helps.
