We have invested in Kalpataru's Immensa Project in Thane. This immense project booking was started in 2019 but till now no possession given to home buyers. No concrete plan to complete the project also no update from CRM team about the project. They will complete all the slabs of building and take your 90% of the flat amount and after that there is an infinite delay in the project. You will keep on paying EMIs and Rents(if you are on rent) but there are no firm commitments for your possession.
Are they even building anything… it’s been 5 years since we booked.. don’t see any progress
Yes true even i am stuck from last 1.5 years after booking only 6floor is casted and building is of 38th floor
