Well my uncle who has alot of Samsungs tested the A05s 2 months ago to see if it survives in water he left it there for 5 hours and it worked good Ngl Motorola is also good dosent it use android's system?
I have to tell you, this phone does not have any water resistant/water proof ratings but it does have a splash resistant. So whenever you're in a rain, a small pinch of water it'll work fine.
Bro i tried it but it was working a little the the camera and sound stops working. After afew minutes it turned black and never work again. Dont try it😭
If you clean the charging port with cotton or toothpick with tiny cloth it definitely works it never works because water drops are placed on charging points
The real test would be seeing if it worked a month or so later. Water kept dripping out from below, so some must still be in, in the form of moist and damp. It will surely and slowly let the electronics erode. If this happens to your phone that is not waterproof, start looking for a new one and take the time given to backup everything.

No es resistente al agua, para que fuera así debería de especificar la certificación IP67 o IP68 en el enpaque o manual. Ese celular muy probablemente le entró agua, pero no lo suficiente para que afectará su funcionamiento.
