that why Sucker punch is impressive but no one notice it... This on PS4 as Lunch and Infamous 2 also one of the best in PS3 generation as well and now we also got Ghost still peoples don't acknowledge Sucker punch and go for TLOU2 so great this that. I don't know why they're so unlucky for game of the year.

@Albi Losha having the biggest open world game doesn’t mean this is a good thing for example one of the worst things about RDR 2 is the huge world cz you will waste most of your time riding a horse so you need to know when you should apply a really huge world, also the upgrades in this game are really creative the problem is some of them are from the previous infamous games but there are a lot of different upgrades the other points u mentioned i totally agree with that.
The plat for 100 completion in infamous second son was easy got it in a few days
I don't know about anyone else, but infamous is probably in my top 5 favorite games of all time. I absolutely miss that open world aspect with epic superpowers just demolishing enemies. I also live in Seattle so it was awesome in second son being able to run around the city that resembles my own homeplace. I really hope sucker punch revitalizes the series.

I feel it’s unlikely but I know sucker punch loves infamous. They struggle to make the selling point but as long as they take infamous second son fun gameplay and just add a wide variety of things to do in the world. Maybe even a smaller world, I believe they could very well make a heavy hitter. They just have to add unique side quests, and side activities. Make the world even more alive.

It'd be cool just to see more from suckerpunch, Ghost might have been the closest to a perfect game i've played for a long time now.
They are absolutely in their element these last few releases. Environments were amazing, LOAD TIMES, combat etc.
Its also funny to see the use of the touchpad working SO well..at the end of the consoles lifecycle

@@DatBoiMikey Not really. Many PS4 games run natively on PS5 hardware which most look better because of a bump in FPS and resolution. Nothing more. Some games have taken advantage of specific PS5 hardware features that the PS4 isn't capable of but not a lot. Most PS4 games you see running on the PS5 are the exact PS4 versions and just look better like I mentioned because of FPS and resolution.

The evil ending is one of the most powerful endings I ever saw in a videogame. I actually felt bad for being bad for the whole game. 😂

I actually got bored of it after 1 play through. I did really enjoy it, overall but I just think the world was very empty but I really really enjoyed jumping around rooftops. That alone was probably worth the asking price, alone. Hopefully if they make another, the world will be more full with activities, more improved combat and more engaging. I just ordered Spider-Man on Ps5 . Game seems very similar to infamous. Bit empty open world but looks very fun to be in. Especially swinging from buildings in New York and the fighting looks really cool. Not sure how I’ll enjoy the combat but I think at the very least, it will be fun enough. I’ve not really watched any gameplay on Spider-Man but from what I’ve seen, he has some crazy special moves with great special effects. Just a shame that Amazon seem to have none in stock and I have to wait a few weeks. To be honest, I don’t mind not being able to play yet but waiting weeks is annoying. Especially as Amazon haves few different listings and they are available. Although it’s usually £70 and I got it for £50 so not too bad.

Sucker punch always knows how to deliver. This is my favorite infamous game for several reasons…the graphics, story, gameplay, colors, soundtrack and location. I wish they would make a sequel to delsin rowe & fetch idk how to explain it but this game made me feel a certain vibe that the others didn’t.

This is good to know. Been an Xbox guy my whole life but recently scored a PS5. Going through a lot of the older, and now cheaper, PS titles. This is one I’ve considered. GameStop has it as one option in its 4 for $20 deals. Assuming this is a “buy?” Any other suggestions besides the obvious … GOW, Spider-Man, TLOU, Horizon, Nioh…?
@@mattpenix8438 dude even though infamous second son was released at the beginning of the PS4 era it feels like a modern game especially running on PS5 where it's been patched to include 4K with 60fps. definitely recommend infamous second son as it's a hidden gem.
Another amazing game that people didn't give a good chance is days gone. It's absolutely phenomenal on the PS5 where it runs with stunning 4K visuals at a buttery smooth 60fps. It's such a good game & it pisses me off that people wrote it off before they even gave it a chance cuz it's got surprisingly good depth to the story & the hordes of zombies are amazing! You can get the game for cheap and it's brilliant on PS5

Even though I never had a PlayStation, I had heard Days Gone wasn’t the “hit” it was suppose to be, but every time I saw it looked like it would be fantastic to me. I too had wondered why it had been “written off” so to speak. I remember the developer saying something about people better buy a copy if they want this type of game to do well or a get a sequel, or something like that.
Regardless, these are great tips, and I just purchased both Days Gone and Infamous. Thanks man. Look forward to playing when they arrive.
I’ve now got pretty big back order of all these classic PlayStation games either en route via mail coming or in hand.
Spider man and Miles, both GOWs, the second TLOU because want to play the first remade for ps5 but waiting for price to go down, the first Horizon, (May wait for the second dlc to come out and get a bundle when it’s cheaper) (btw … how good is the second Horizon?) also have The Order 1886 which I heard was meh, and few others. Look forward to diving in.

We live in different times. People crave nostalgia now more than progress. And comic book movies are kinda near the end of their boom period which helped this game too.
But man, they really lucked into something great here.
i remember playing this game for the first time back in 2017-2018 when i got my ps4 and it was so much fun. great story, great gameplay, great characters. it really is just so underrated

When I first got this game for the ps4 on launch day and after playing it I remember saying that this game's graphics will hold off so well and ahead of its' time. Fast forward till now it still looks so damn good. Now i wanna go play it again on the ps5 lol.

I'm so happy that i could play this one for the first time on PS5, the game like the last ones, just feel so satisfying, you litteraly felt unstoppable with one power in infamous 1&2 and now you have 4 powers all different and yet all powerful in their ways i really hope sucker punch will continue to make infamous games

Yeah only thing left is the whack a mole dup raids, cause there’s no proper side missions that u can do during or after the main story like the last games, just collecting audio and finding someone in a crowd of people. Infamous 1 & 2 had good and bad karma side missions, sucks those didn’t make it to this version

I played the first light dlc and I gotta say….I would love a Flash superhero game. Playing as Fetch and running really fast, to and fro various places was really enjoyable, if they made her work like that then certainly a Flash game could work. Would probably be even more fun than the batman games.
True, that would be awesome. Too bad it seems the developers are limited on how fast they can make player character move due to fps and performance and such. In first light fetch seems like she is running so fast especially when she goes through neon ring boosts. Seems much faster than Delsin in second son. But then did a running time trial test, same loop around the city for both. Delsin without speed boosts runs the same time as fetch on constant speed boosts from neon rings. Fetch without neon rings boost is significantly slower than Delsin neon speed. It seems devs can easily fool us with effects and in reality speed for both is capped at about 30 mph and only twice as fast as no power run for both characters.
I’ve played this game probably close to 13 total times but I love it every single damn time and seeing it on the ps5 makes me want to play it on there too
I'm so glad this game had an unlock framerate option. On PS4 Pro with high-resolution mode, it hovers between 30-40fps, but the PS5 locks it to 60 with back compat mode. Automatic futureproofing

Honestly it ran so perfectly on the ps4 I see no difference, loved this game. I know single player games like this have started to die off and the infamous games just sort of have this cult following now. But they SERIOUSLY need to make another game, just make it multiplayer at this point to because that is what’s gonna draw new players in and keep the game alive.
