Does El Chapo belong in prison? Yes. Does El Chapo being in prison change anything? No. Does El Chapo being in prison make things worse? Absolutely.
Quite the conundrum
So it does change if you say absolutely
He don’t belong in prison, he was just tryna make a way.
Drugs will always be around, with or without him.

"his hitmen made only 175 a week". 2 things. One, back in the 80s and 90s, it was worth more. Second, in Mexico that could be a months salary for an average person, if not far more
Your right my aunt in Guadalajara Mexico is a teacher and she’s considered one of the top earners of $125 a month……..,she lives very well but still can you imagine living on $125 a month?
@@damianparker9758 my uncle has friends living like kings off social security in Mexico. And it was better in the 80s. In the 80s in the United States, 50 bucks could fill up a grocery cart and your gas tank. Nowadays a grocery cart full of food costs 200 dollars minimum. So that 175 back then made them almost rich in Mexico
Wages depend on where you're located in Mexico, I work in the North of Mexico and make 225 USD a week on a part time job from home while I finish university, friends that are already professionals make between 300 - 460 USD a week working, it also depends on your career or job you apply for obviously, being a teacher in mexico has one of the lamest wages, you would have to work at least 2 jobs as a teacher to make a good earning.
@@Styxswimmer social security? do you mean pension? We don't have any unemployment benefits in Mexico, or anything like that unless you have already worked in Mexico your whol life and saved money on the afore, which is similar to a 401K plan in the US
@@alejandrorosales8082 no. American citizens who are retired and living in Mexico. They get social security.
I don’t remember if he said this, but fun fact Chapo had the whole Mexican Navy on his payroll and he had a whole private army under his name
It’s true I was one of his generals
It’s true I was one of the guns they used.
Not a fun fact.
It’s true I was one of the bullets
In Mexico the corruption is so vast in the military and police because they get paid very little. It is such a big problem. We moved here 4 years ago from Philly to Baja and just love it regardless.

El Mayo Zambada is the real leader of the Sinaloa Cartel. FAR more old school and low key than El Chapo.
If I remember correctly, El Mayo had actually a hand in some of the things Chapo did, i don’t remember if he came up with the ideas or helped him make the ideas a reality
@@slo_5.3_Silverado if you spend some time researching they both came up the ranks together and created the Sinaloa cartel. He currently runs the cartel now but is not in the best of health.
Simon!
Most definitely
No he wasnt ask me how I know my family fron the La tuna in sinloa n part sinolal cartel so don't speak SOMETHING u DNT know u cn end missing . Just f friendly reminder

Yea that's no excuse to take lives and impact people's lives negativity.
El Chapo really a living legend.. wish they would let him out for interviews - this man probably has so many stories that movies and documentaries can reference..
I doubt he would tell many stories
He would've made Mexico better in a way. Like the Italian Cosa Nostra did for NYC
He is not allowed because government is afraid of all the stories he would say
Great content. Keep up the good work.

So the heads of these pharmaceutical companies saw their day in court also? Oh, that’s right,.. it says “legal” in a check box, so no worries. Also, only pointing out hypocrisy, not defending.

Hey could you make video on best detective in world
The drug war.... What a waste of time and money. That money should be used to help people and educate. The new generation will and have learnt from the old and it'll just get worse until something changes.
Yep. You actually can win a war on drugs… doing as you stated. More opportunities, less need to go into illegal activities and more education leads to more opportunities, and it feeds itself. And even with education/mental health comes knowing risks, what drugs do you, therapy so people aren’t trying to self medicate, compassion for the less fortunate, and even ways of making drugs less harmful for all use. There will never be Utopia, but it’ll at least bend the curve toward sanity.
Nice, was wanting to watch info's vids
can you mke a video of how the DEA helping this cartels made possible the current drug war crisis? Remember operation fast and furious?

Chapo as well as Pablo Escobas were DEA's employees and both were in the Uncle Sam payroll
Can you imagine if drugs were legalized. Boom, watch these cartel's power and influence EVAPORATE over-night. Imagine the type of reform Mexico's government could instate without the influence of drug money. If drugs were regulated, taxed, and monitored for consistency there would be less OD deaths and the criminal element would lose 90% of their power. And with the money Mexico makes from taxation, they could fund public works (like better schools). The war on drugs is pure madness. And nothing will change until our policies do. Remind me, What's the definition for insanity?
@@stuffhobbes6187 wouldn't that give cartels more power to freely operate?
@@can-ws8hn Not if private companies were manufacturing it. When was the last time you heard of the cartels getting rich off tobacco or alcohol. They don't (in the large part) because it's legal and regulated. The same would happen if all drugs were legalized.
