don't trust farsport, terrible experience. after having had a broken rim (Feder 50mm) after just 2000km they sent me a different rim at my own shipping costs (to be mounted also by paying for it, total 100€...) claiming that I should have kept the bike with the different colored wheels!
Hi Robin, this is honestly first time I read a complaint like this on Farsports. I guess the question is: How did you broke the rim? Maybe they thought it's your fault. I don't know the situation so I can't comment on it further. Anyway, I'm sorry if you're disappointed.
@@cyclistshubno, they recognise the rim’s failure. If you want I can send you all the email, photo and shipment bill. You can look on road bikes forums and you’ll read many situations like that: customer service is absolutely bad.
