Knitting is so good for your mental health! I'm in the office all day so knitting is only done at night when I'm not too tired. Your Feldspar Tee came out beautiful!
You are quite right when you say that it is difficult to knit the first few rows after joining sleeves to a body. It is kind of like trying to knit around a figure-eight shape, and so those short needle tips would be ideal. I recently finished reading The Handmaid's Tale and the word you used to describe it is exactly the word I had in mind after reading the book ... shocking. It certainly is a shocking premise, but a surprisingly easy read despite being a Margaret Atwood work. Thanks for this lovely episode.
Another fun episode, Anastasia! I wish I was as good as you at choosing colors that suit me. That coral pink Feldspar tee with the touches of the same colour in your makeup - you look summery and just radiant! Thank you for showing the top I knitted for the KAL - it made my day and I had to wear it again, even just to walk the dog 😁
Hello Anastasia! Always so nice listening to your vlogs filled with lovely knits and ideas. Love your Feldspar Tee in that pink color. So cute babycardigans you made and your friend will be so happy receiving it. I also like the idea of sharing some of the finished garments from your Free your summer knits. Lots of great knitting and new ideas. Thank you! I also sometimes struggel with joining the sleeves to the body so thanks for the needle tips. Lots of knitting greatings from Sweden.
Hi Anastasia, Lovely to see you again😀 I love the feldsbur tee you are wearing💕 Love the colour:) Look forward to seeing the white tee finished you are knitting 🥰 Can’t wait for you to do a sock tutorial 🧶 Take care KimX
Wonderful as usual! Thank you for sharing the polish podcaster. I did not know that one. I m polish to and having podcast - Knitting in Mauritius so it will be fantastic to watch another polish talking about yarn related goodies. Dein Podcast ist fantastic! Congratulations!
Dear Anna, thank you so much for watching and for commenting, it's very much appreciated ❤️ I'm curious about your podcast and Mauritius has been on my bucket list for a while now ☺️ Dziekuję bardzo! ❤️
What a lovely episode! I enjoy all your projects…in fact, I woke up this morning and ordered yarn to cast on the Feldspar Tee! I’m obsessed🤪😂. Your such a great knitting friend! Many thanks for inspiring me every time Anastasia. ❤️
Your Feldspar Tee looks so beautiful! I really want to knit it for next summer. I know exactly what you meant with struggling to knit around the arms when joing sleeves in the bottom-up construction. I've just experienced that in my last project and these tiny needles look like such a great gadget which can help solving the issue! Once again, thank you for the shoutout! 😘
You couldn't be arsed to match the sleeves - oh my, thank you for the laugh! Those baby cardigans are so cute - love your yarn choice. I'm sorry you've had such a hard time recently in your personal life - same here. Knitting is so centering and something to cling to for me during those times: I hope it did the same for you. ❤
I get so much from your podcasts always - you are such a lovely person! Your knitting is gorgeous too! I'm sad that you had some "not so nice" things you were going through but I understand - me too. That's why I didn't end up joining your knit a long. I hope to join you for some knitting soon! Hugs!!
Hello Anastasia It’s was very nice to spend time with you - it was like always so nice and honestly…it can be not long enough! 👍🏽🥰🙏🏽…so go ahead with your awesome podcast! 🥰🥰🥰 Sending you lots of greetings from Switzerland Renate ❤️🇨🇭❤️
Yay! Thank you for extending the knit along. I'm a very slow knitter so am not great with KALs but was hoping to get a top into this one. It's blocking right now so I'm going to make it :)
So proud to see my little self drafted top featured among some stunning creations 🤩 thank you for this and also for another lovely hour spent with us all 🥰
It has been so lovely to catch up with you Anastasia! I am loving the top you are wearing, that colour looks amazing on you and the Poisoned Apple Top you are knitting is turning out so pretty! Thank you for extending your knitalong, I may try to meet the new deadline, wish me luck as I have just started two test knits! Happy knitting and take care dear friend! Xx
I have watched all your podcast episodes in the last 3 days and I have enjoyed them a lot 😊 I love Lily Kate France patterns I have just finished the Anyday Vest I might just have to get the Poisoned Apple top pattern. I am also working on a summer top hopefully I can finish it before 10 of September. I leave in Melbourne Australia and we are in a hush lockdown here at the moment knitting and crocheting is keeping me happy 😃
Hi Anastasia, I love seeing your amazing yarn hauls. The poison apple sweater knit in colors is gorgeous, but it turns wonderfully elegant in white! Lots of WOW factor going on; I see it with narrow-legged pants (Audrey Hepburn) and flats or even kitten heels. You would turn every man's head. Baby knits are so much fun, and you pick the cutest little items to make. Now about the cool weather you have...I will give you all the sweltering hot, humid weather you want for just one week of your weather. :D If I could, I would move to the UK in a second. Have a wonderful weekend, xoxo's Sandie
Hi Sandie, Thank you so much for your lovely comment! You have amazing styling ideas there, I will have to try out a few of those 😋😉 I wear jeans and sneakers everyday so I might have to change that 😅 How about we swap for a week? I miss the heat, and I promise you, you'll get enough of cold weather here in the UK 😋 Have a lovely weekend 🤗
I always enjoy your episodes. Your intros are beautiful, you live in such a great place, and the music is also awesome. I love to see all your knitting projects. It was especially nice of you to showcase everyone else's summer tops, there is some good inspiration in there!
I love the blue of your short needles! I am like you in this - needle obsessed and have one for each need. For me, the right tool for the job makes the job to well and nicely and I'm all for that. I have a Lykke shortie set and I love them. I also love to use Lykke 12" needles for sleeves - fantastic.
Your Herbgarden cotton t-shirt looks very spunky. I did mine in red a little longer but I doubt whether I look quiet as schick as you. I will post mine in the next week or so.
Funny, i've knitted the poisoned apple top in the same colour now for my niece and finished it a few days ago. She loves it! I did it in size 3 in pink for my younger one und now in size 2 for the older one. Great pattern! Ravelry Javor1945.
Oh wow, really? It seems like quite a few people have knitted more than one Poisoned Apple Top and I get why 😋 I'll go and check yours out on Ravelry 😉 Have a nice weekend 🤗

Enjoyed your podcast. I plan on entering your summer KAL. I completed the Sunset Top by Sari Norlund. Love the lace highlighted in the back.

Did you also craft those beautiful earrings? Love the color of sweater you have on. Create more and TY. Love your podcasts. ❤️
Thank you! No I didn't make home myself but I realised that they would match quite well with the colour of the Feldspar Tee :) Thank you x
