Nice video. This tank empty error of the iRobot sucks. I was at my building a few miles away yesterday cleaning the pad, filling the tank, and putting it back in the charging dock when it got stranded for a low tank 100' away. All was good once it was fully charged, or should have been. I scheduled a job to start this morning via the app, and it couldn't start because it still thought it didn't have any water. Frustrating to have to drive back down there to shake the tank, but at least now I know what to do.
Worked perfectly. I added some vinegar to descale it. Thinking it's a hard water problem. I left my tank empty for a few days and it started acting up.
I had another similar issue, the little piece that connects to the tank was upside down, so it was telling me I had an error. It also didn't close perfectly.
In your video it is clear the float was at the top, I somehow think the act of removing the tank then placing the tank causes the sensor to cycle and manages to pick up the tank float is high..of course, I shake mine out of anger lol
@@Eashan1337 Nothing worked, it was broken. They put an old Bravaa in a new carton. They don't care about complains. iRobot brand is falling apart. Just go and check Roborock S7 V Max Ultra and Evovacs Deebot X1 Omni. They are so much better than anything iRobot offers.
@@DIY-repair No, it did not work. The problem was that my Braava had many sensors that were not working. I got a replacement Braava. The tank needs to be pressed down, there is some slight resistance. My broken delivered Braava did not had this resistance. So that thing below was broken beside other sensors.

I had the exakt same problem with a new bought Braava. However the floating trick did not work.

I installed a pad and it said install a pad then press clean
