I was able to find some cnc files and have completed two Les Paul guitars for my son and myself with some help by a friend with a cnc machine. Good luck with your side business and I know there is a lot of work in putting these files together.

Very, very nice job! It never occurred to me to cut the wire channel, glue up, and then do the rest as one piece, but with CNC it makes perfect sense. Looking forward to the finished product.
Hi, what software do you use to generate the cutting paths? Is it not possible to generate a ramp cutting path for the neck pocket without using the jig?
im building a cnc router,im gathering info to best suit my needs,can you give me dimentions of the machine in the video,outside sizes and cutting bed area,soft ware used is it good for a newbie to cnc,modeling and transfer to solid product cost.
