Albacore are great for preserving. Just one in the 8kg range will give you a ten or so jam jars of "canned" style tuna and you can flavour it however you want. Need a pressure cooker though..

those albacores have huge fins almost like wings. a shame u didn't get the chance to get a marlin but those were some good sized tuna. plus u can make berley with the left overs haha
