Alam kong may iilang bahagi ng buhay mo o sa pagkatao mo, ang gusto mong baguhin o gusto mong i-improve pero hindi mo alam kung paano. Siguro alam mo kung paano pero wala kang sapat na lakas para magawa 'yon. Siguro sasabihin mo na lang na ayos ka lang sa ganitong buhay.
Alam mo ba kung ano ang pumipigil sa iyo na mamuhay sa pangarap mong buhay? Dahil takot ka. TAKOT KA SA PAGBABAGO. TAKOT KANG ISUKO ANG IBANG BAGAY. TAKOT KANG MABIGO. TAKOT KA SA KINABUKASAN MO. TAKOT KA NA BAKA MAULIT ANG NAKARAAN MO. Kaya unang hampas pa lang ng alon ay NALULUNOD ka na.
Pero alam mo ba kung ano talaga ang pinaka DAHILAN kung bakit madali lang tayong sumuko? It's because of how we see the world.
Balikan nga natin no'ng ipinanganak ka pa lang. You were born with a completely clean slate. Wala ka pang alam no'n. No'ng nag-aaral ka na, may mga taong nagsasabi na "KAYA MO LAHAT". But as you grow older and life gets more complicated, y'ong sabi nila na KAYA mo, biglang napapalitan ng "HINDI KO KAYA". Nagbabago ang pananaw sa buhay mo dahil sa bagay na nakikita mong mahirap gawin. Negative self-talk comes into play: I CAN'T DO IT. I WON'T BE ABLE TO DO IT. I'M NOT ALLOWED TO DO IT. I'M NOT GOOD ENOUGH. I'M USELESS. I DON'T DESERVE IT. Kaya't nagiging MALABO ang pananaw mo sa buhay. At hindi mo na nakikita ang KAKAYAHAN mo. Nakapokus ka na sa mga KAHINAAN MO.
Alam mo, wala ni isang tao ang makakapigil ng oras. O makakapagbalik ng panahon. LIFE GOES ON WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION. Hindi tayo makapagpili kung ano'ng gusto nating problema. Kahit ano'ng problema ay makakasalubong natin WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION. What we do get to choose in life is determining what matters most to each of us.
Don't let "ONE CAN'T" stop your "MANY CAN"
