Anyone complaining that there isn't positive rap music hasn't seen this video, simplistic concept that hits home, well executed, stays on repeat on my playlist!

I get the sentiment here and what you were going for but really, $3k is a drop in the bucket on a mortgage. If his parents couldn't make the mortgage, giving them $3k is only delaying the inevitable and probably a waste of that money since they're going to lose it all if the bank takes it. So it's a nice gesture but ultimately a bad idea probably.
