McQuaid Invitational 3 mile Riley Hubisz 1st place

Really good race, hurt like hell though. Made a move up the hill with about a k to go but it sapped me so bad I knew I wasn't gonna have a kick so just had to sustain the move for the whole rest of the race to separate from the competition which was really the most brutal and painful way to run this but it worked out in the end I suppose :D
