usually suck at doubling but was able to pull a 1:57 out today, very pleased. also took home 8th in the merge

very lucky, best runner definitely didn't win on the day but that's the nature of the sport. great job to all athletes and people who made this possible ❤

Anchored Left a bitter taste in my mouth, really wanted to send Corning to states since they did us that favor last year, but we never had a chance to hit the 2nd team standard earlier in the season so it was with a heavy heart i crossed that finish line. 💔

Planned to trade off the lead every 800 with Trent, went pretty well. 2nd and 3rd 800s lowkey really hurt for no real reason. Closed in around 30 flat though, pretty pleased - should have more in me saturday with real competition and an amazing facility. battling through shin splints rn but just gotta make it another 2 weeks

there goes my undefeated season (albeit to a 40 y/o 2:18 marathoner) but still sad. fuel to the fire. wish it had been faster for the effort but oh wells

Very happy with this for the effort (which was very low) really just wanted to not lose. Also coming off my highest mileage ever (by a solid amount too) so legs are mad cooked. Think fresh and all out I could go sub 4:15. Saw 4:22 through the 1600 mark on the clock so maybe PR too. 4xMile indoor NB nats here we come 😈

bonkers race first time running in 3 months due to achilles injury, so 4:30 is not that bad. went 67, 70, 68, 63. based on effort id say im more around 4:24-4:26. state quals in 2 weeks, gonna use a completely different strategy for that though
