If that has a bad smell, it indicates that our tongue is not clean which causes bad breath. Thirdly, you can ask your close ones, like friends or your spouse whether you have bad breath. If they voluntarily tell you about the bad breath, please don't avoid it and address the issue. After all, there is one qualified person who can say if you have bad breath and how to treat it.
