Edwin Jarvis, the first Marvel character that debuted on a Marvel TV show to later appear in a Marvel film. I know new characters set to debut on upcoming Marvel/Disney+ shows will likely appear on Marvel movies later, but it would be really nice if Agents of SHIELD characters also appear on the movies.
Never gonna happen. Agent Carter is the only show that is canon to the MCU, the rest aren't a part of it.

Jonathan Charron yeah there is. They were made without Kevin Feige’s approval and never acknowledged by the movies. As long as they’re not acknowledged by the movies, they’re head canon and fanfic at best.
Shows like Jessica Jones and Inhumans don’t even feel like they’re in the MCU, and nothing about them is ever mentioned in movies or has any bearing on what happens in them.

I was the only one in the theater who almost screamed of excitement when he appeared. Maybe we didn't get the Agents of SHIELD or the Defenders, but this was more than enough of a reward for keeping up with those shows.

It's sad how Tony gave zero shit about Jarvis in this movie. I mean the guy practically raised him.
He had plenty of time to emotionally connect with Jarvis while actually growing up. He never got that with his father. It wasn’t until Tony got much older that he stopped resenting his father, and that was long after Howard’s death.
You can see Tony smile at Jarvis before regrouping with Steve.

Well, Jarvis and Frida were Howard Starks's assitants. Tony grew up with both of them.
That is why Jarvis was AI until he became vision and FRIDAY became the new AI.
The fact that jarvis have a cameo in this scene is to solidify that agent carter is the only show(pre disney+) that is canon to mcu main continuity because it's the only show that kefin feigi worked on and this show was set up by the movies via agent carter one shot.
