Not people in the comments bitch8ng about the band😂 1. Saying the band is nothing without Layne or that it's a 'cover band' now just shows you aren't true fans of the band. The band had 4 people in the classic lineup, each one contributed equally to its sound and success. Denying that shows you don't know anything about the band beyond surface level, aren't fans of the band but only of Layne, and think that just because he was the face of the band he's the only one who mattered. This fact is only corroborated when you realize that these people who complain about the band moving on after a member died, fail to recognize that 2 members have actually passed. I've never seen anyone make the argument that they shouldnthave continued and also mention Mike Starr- they don't care about him because he wasn't the singer. You know who does care about him? The band members who make sure to include his family and his name in everything they do; so do his and Layne's families, and they both embraced this version of the band (Layne's dad was actually the one who pushed for the reunion). 2. Even if your claims had something to them- you do realize that by commenting on this video you signal to RUclips to recommend more like it to you, right? If you don't want to see something online just ignore it and it'll go away, you're going against your interests by commenting.
Não sou muito fã dele cantando algumas músicas antigas, mas o William não tá na banda pra chegar perto do Layne ou pra ser o Layne, ele tá pra contribuir com a história do AIC. Ainda bem que eles não pararam definitivamente depois que o Layne se foi, e a outra banda do William (Comes With The Fall) é excelente e o álbum solo dele também. Talvez lá ele te agrade.
Thats not the point everyone even they know no one can compare to Layne but it’s keeping his spirit alive and paying homage and I feel like if you can think of it like that it just feels so right. I’d rather this than not being able to hear the music live
are you calling Mike Inez, Sean Kinney and Jerry Cantrell a "mediocre cover band" too? Or are you just mad that DuVall doesn't sound like Layne? Voices are like your fingerprints, no one person sounds exactly like anyone else. They could've hired a Layne impersonator, but that would be the thing that actually turned them into a cover band. With William, you've got a guy who can sing new stuff and write new stuff.

Comparar qualquer vocalista com Layne é até sacanagem. O Duvall faz um bom trabalho no AIC, os 3 álbuns pós Layne são muito bons.
