I use the 2.7mm underlayment from Home Depot. The 4x8 sheets in my area are less than $20. I do a white spray paint primer on each layer. Then I use spray paint for each layers color. Thanks for watching.

Jeez, you want him to make it for you? Really, it's just painted wood, any laser cuttable wood will do it. And you really need to ask how to paint it and if it needs sanding? Sand it if you want it smooth, don't sand it if you don't.
