I LOVE looking at other people's craft rooms/studios and yours in no exception. I live in a tiny two-up-two-down old cottage that will never accommodate a craft area. So looking at other crafters' spaces is a kind of vicarious pleasure tinged with envy and torment. Thanks for sharing yours Angela.
Amazing you had me at the 10 year evolution - has taken me 35 years to learn how to organize my home. The pink Christmas tree, pink chairs, and coffee maker I could happily live in there. Bravo well done!!!!

Angela I love your room but who wouldn't!! I love especially that you have a three car garage because I have no garage. Your valances over your windows are gorgeous. I'm getting ready to turn a small room into a sewing/craft room and you have given me some ideas. I have been watching a lot of craft room tours and one thing I like about yours is the fact that you labeled your drawers. So many don't. Happy Crafting and enjoy your mom while you can. It's great that your husband helped you create your tables and that he visits you while you work in your craft room.

Hi Angela! Love your Craftroom! Yep Craftrooms are forever evolving! We moved into a new home in 2012 and my Craftroom was a mismatched hodgepodge mess! Finally in 2017 we took everything out and put in new flooring and got rid of a ton of stuff, bought a new desk and storage. Love it now! More spacious ect. I find myself crafting less and less the older I get so I need less stuff. That may change once again you never know. 🌸💜👍

My husband is in the process of building me a craft room, it won’t be the space that you have but it will be MY craft room. It’s amazing the items that we have that we don’t even realize we have. I’m OCD so organization is a BIG thing with me. LOVE your craft room. Take Care. ~Barbara

Such a beautiful craftroom. It makes me happy but more importantly, I hope it makes you very happy. I am above the garage what was a game room and is now my get-away-from-it-all room/Craft Room. Awsesome craft space. I’m drooling lol. I will never have one like that. My hubby doesn’t take interest enough to help me or understand why I need a big room. So for now I Ha e to make do with my little extra bedroom. But I’m thankful anyway. Thanks for sharing.

Beautiful room- thank you for pointing out that you did not acquire this room overnight! So often new crafters compare themselves and their spaces to someone who has been crafting for 20 years. It takes time and work to earn a room like this!

I absolutely love your room. I would never need one this size but I want one because, like you, I have the “I love craft equipment” sickness! 😂
I mostly love it though because you’ve made it so unique and filled with things you love - the colour, the Christmas tree, the coffee, the chairs. It’s hearing you speak about your room that makes me love it more than the video. Had you done a quick 360• spin and not talked the viewer would see a lovely spacious, well planned room but with you describing it the viewer can ‘feel’ the room. The joy, peace and tranquility it offers. Just beautiful xx

It's a little expensive, but you could look into window tinting or clings that will cut down on the heat, but you'll still be able to see outside. Thanks for your craft room tour!
Okay I’ve been cleaning my craft things and my kids have been teasing me how much ribbon I have...but after seeing your stash...I hardly have anything at all ! Lol thanks for sharing

the dream craft room! I feel lucky, still in my mom appartment, we have a unused room for 10 years that when I started working, I get it for my desk, and now my crafting space, but I just have 2 towers of drawers to keep my stuff, and we have a couples of cabinet, who has bedding and clothes, so I have stuff all over the space! But! I will have my own appartment this month, i'm so exited because I will have a entire bedroom for this! This is the beggining of having a huge craftroom like yours! ♥ thank you for sharing!
Hello. Gorgeous room. Huge. I love the pink chairs. A friend of mine allowed me to have her table-top, pink Christmas tree. I was expecting to see a pink Cricut. I recently switched home office because I was bursting out of my previous room. You did a great job decorating to your specification.

If you dont like the see-through bins you can always cut pieces of the paper you rarely use to cover the front and hide the stuff ;D

OMGOODNESS! YOUR CRAFT ROOM IS AMAZING! I LOVE IT! I just stumbled onto your RUclips channel and was so impressed that I had to subscribe immediately. I have been unable to sew or craft for many years. I'm finally able to get back in to it and will be decorating my craft room soon (hopefully). I haven't airbrushed for over 20 years, but I used to really enjoy it. I got my husband into it as well. I love, love HALLMARK, especially at Christmas time. My daughter is now 28, but we coached in softball since she was five. We coached myy 33 year old son in football and baseball. Both of my kids did soccer for one season. I just feel like I have so much I. Common with you. I connected with so much you were saying. Although, I do have to admit there are some equipment that I have never heard of, but I'm so excited to hear all about it and how to use it. I'm not even sure what your business is, but I'm anxious to find out. I will be watching you all the time now. GOD bless, guide, and be with you and your family always.

You could put a piece of scrapbook paper on the fronts of those mess basket drawers since you don’t like the way it looks. I did that with those plastic sterlite 3 drawer organizers, they were see through. Looks better now.

I’m so glad I found your channel and this video. I am having my basement finished and this video really helped with ideas with organizing and decor. I love pink too. Red use to be my favorite but when my grandma passed she was buried in a pink casket and from then on it’s been my favorite. Love your style. Such a great video. Thanks fo sharing.

What a blessing to win an Embroidery machine!! Go girly! Have you learned how to use it yet? I know you can make so much as well as run a good business with one. I want to do both but I'm still saving for one. Loved your craft room tour and style. I'm not a hot pink lover more pastel mint green kinda girl but you sure made me love your room just the same. It's perfect and not overwhelming at all. I have been looking for our forever home and too funny i want a big garage with a large craft room above it for my and my daughters business we are building. We are so much a like I use the same colors in my craft room. I use the same workstation organization style. I label too, but I just use my labeler. I Love your labels on your supply drawers! I'm assuming you made those with your cameo? Are they vinyl too? I don't have the Ikea furniture. There isn't one near me. I use a lot of go-organize.com products.
I like you have been working on my room over the last 10 years from moving. So each place I go to dictates how my room is set up. I started in a basement. Then to a huge family room (My favorite room), next it was a closed in back porch looking out over the river(tons of windows that faded some fabric and paper stored on the ends), next small bedroom...And now I'm back to a windowless basement in this house. So I think our style and way of organizing things evolves with each different space. I love your pink Xmas tree and chairs. I have some pink smaller rolling desk chairs that need new foam on them, but have held out replacing. I know that there is at least one more move coming.
I am a paper crafter, party planner/decor creator, mesh & flower, sewer(mostly decorative items or sometimes I get into a gift mood and sew 40 sets of hats & scarfs), quilter(mostly wall hangings if I'm in the mood). I love doing embroidery projects(pillow cases, dish towels, etc. NO cross stitch), but I don't have time to sit and do it much. And sometimes I just see stuff and that I have a vision for what I make with it and do it.
So I too have a mix of different crafting supplies. And like you I want to downsize on my interests and get rid of those supplies too. I bought a CRICUT EXPLORE AIR 2 and regretted it too. Unfortunately it's pass the 30 DAY return mark. Its still sitting in the box unopened. I've seen different people who enjoy the cameo too. But I have so many CRICUT cartridges and downloads on my old CRICUT Expression, I thought I should stick with them. Oh well live and learn.
I love your entire space. Not only is it organized open space, it's also INVITING to others to just sit and relax. Sometimes it's just nice to have someone in the room to talk to even if they don't craft. I don't know you personally, but I'm glad to hear your having a better year. We have all had times in our lives when the last thing you want to do is craft...or even get out of bed. So here's to year of fresh beginnings, simple pleasures and new ideas to you! Hi Mary! Sorry for the delayed response. I've had a nasty summer cold. Yes, I cut the labels out of Oracal 651 vinyl on my Silhouette Cameo and then applied them on my drawers. But I do love a label maker! I have two...with pink tape of course! Ugh, they need more IKEAS in the US!!! I will have to check out the website you mentioned. Thanks for watching!
And I still have all my Cricut cartridges too! I'm not going to completely give up on Cricut. I've heard that they are supposed to finally make their Design Space program work offline. Not sure if that's true. But they will also need to greatly improve it's functionality to come anywhere close to competing with the Silhouette software. But that's just my opinion. You sound like my kind of crafty gal!

At 21:43 or so you mention that you wish you drawer units were NOT so see through. Have you tried adhereing card stoch to the front of the drawers? If seeing from the sides bothers you, you could do the same tjete as well. This has worrked for me in a number of storage units. Love your craft space. Very beautiful and functional.

Angela I absolutely love your craft studio! I love the different stations, the pink decor - everything about it! Maybe because my name is also Angela, I live in Texas, I love to craft (many different things), and my craft room is PINK! with a touch of black! I started scrapbooking in the late 80’s then starting card making, creating 3D items in paper, making wreaths and quilting. I recently did all of the decorations for a family reunion in South Texas. I also have a Christmas tree decorated in my craft room but just like my room, my tree is much smaller than yours!
I do have a question - I really like the font that you used to label your drawers - would you mind sharing which font that you used? It’s beautiful!

I imagine there are magazines in some of your binders, but I am curious if you manage to avoid collecting craft related books! I didn’t notice any bookshelves. Do you have some in other rooms? Bookcases seem to take up much of my craft room space! I do refer to my books for inspiration and patterns often. Speaking of patterns, I love the large fashion silhouette on the door - my favorite thing in your sewing room! Glad I watched.
Thanks for watching. I did get rid of a few books recently. I honestly don't get into craft books, but I do have my share of craft magazines...some on a bookshelf...some in stacks. I prefer Pinterest. But you've got to do what works for you and how you craft. The silhouette is just cut out of foam and painted. I used her on my Barbie doorscape a few years ago and then just brought her into my craft room.
