Just hit me when your fridge alarm went off we have the same fridge. I looked up to see if mine was open lol. I love your grocery hauls so much. We shop at Costco nearly every week living 45 minutes away from it because we like it so much. I just got diagnosed with Celiac by blood following my daughter being diagnosed. So I’m eating gluten until an endoscopy. But we’re about 99% gluten free at home so I’m blessed you guys make these videos that feel so specifically tailored to me, lol! Jokes aside, I’m incredibly thankful for this youtube channel!

Brine is a healthy preservative. My cucumbers grew like wildfire this year because of the heavy rains we had during Spring and early summer. My cukes are organic, we didn't use any pesticide, just good old sunshine and rain from the sky. I canned 10 quarts of dill pickles, 8 spears and 2 chips. They are still aging in the pantry absorbing all the dill and garlic in the brine. . Yum! We love dill pickles.

I’d like to see you make any meal, plate it the way you would serve it for each of your kids and then show us the aftermath. I want to see their happy plates :)

Lettuce hack for you. Put the lettuce in glass jars in your fridge, and it will last at least twice as long. Same thing with fresh berries. ❤

37 and a half years since my celiac diagnosis, and I'm still malabsorbing protein. My nephrologist is all over me about eating enough quality protein. My sodium is generally about 10 points too low. That's not good because I have so many symptoms from it. I sincerely hope you're feeding the kids some protein. I'd be in terrible shape if I ate vegetarian. No joke. My celiac malabsorption is still a problem. The older I get, the worse it gets. Still lactose intolerant too.

Is that parm kosher or animal rennet free? Would love to see cooking ideas and recipes!

I looked it up one time and it at least didn't use pork. Can't remember if it was animal rennet free though.

It contains milk, salt and rennet, which is an animal product. There is no parve symbol on the packaging, so assume that it is not kosher. If it contained a vegetarian rennet, it would show vegetarian rennet.

Educate yourselves on the harmful oils. Many of the items you bought have those inflammatory seed oils. 😢 Pick your battles, I know. It's one I choose to pay attention to.
