[Shrimp Seaweed Porridge] with (Sweet Potato Stem Kimchi)
I made porridge, a traditional Korean food, using seaweed and shrimp.
The ingredients and cooking are really simple, and it tastes fantastic. It is a dish that anyone can eat as it is a cooking method that can be eaten even by those who do not like the fishy taste of seaweed. In Korea, it is often famous as a recovery food eaten when the dead body is sick. A dish called seaweed soup is usually eaten on birthdays in Korea.
How to cook
Finely chop dried seaweed, prepare 4 tablespoons of defective amount, and pour cold water to soak. Wash the soaked seaweed well with water, add 3 tablespoons of sesame oil and stir-fry it well. Finely mince 1 or 2 garlic cloves, add garlic and stir-fry. Add 1L of water and 1 bowl of Hetbahn (rice) and press well.
Add 2 spoons of soy sauce and 0.5 spoons of salt and bring to a boil. When the broth is reduced, add shrimp and finish.
Just add sesame oil and roasted sesame seeds before eating.
