Jizer degreaser does the same job, learned it from a marine valeter on a you tube video cleaning vinyl upholstery.

Why is that fender shot, surely if it's clean and still got air in it then it's OK?

When you have cleaned most of the dirt off do they comeback to their brilliant white or do they still look dull and a bit greyish?
