    Your videos are always so instructive and helpful! I loved this one, because of the different ways to use closures. You make everything look easy. You also introduce me to bead bandits, of which I had never heard before, though I have been beading for over 15 years. Thank you so much!❤️🙏🏻👌🏻😁😊

    Watching this for the second time. Love the idea of using a regular bead for a crimp cover. Tried to find bead bandits the first time I was this - Beadaholique told me they weren't being manufactured any more. ☹ Anyway, lots of great ideas and methods in this short video. Thank you!

      What! I've been able to get them from Beadsmith last month. I will have to ask. That's just no good if they stop making them. They are very expensive to buy though so maybe they aren't selling many. I've certainly been selling heaps since I did this video. I know that they have been out of stock on Amazon for a while. I will find out and report back!

    • @The_Stylish_Maker

      Deborah, I've just heard back from Beadsmith. They said that the bead bandits aren't being discontinued. In fact, she was shocked by this revelation. I'm so pleased as they are a great tool.

    What do you do when you make one as a gift and you don't know someones wrist circumference? I have made stretch bracelets for friends and family, because they don't have to be as precise, but with these types of bracelets I just don't know.....

    • @The_Stylish_Maker
      @The_Stylish_Maker  Год назад +5

      I always make bracelets with an extender if it's for a gift. That way they can make it a little larger if they need to. Mostly, I would make a memory wire bracelet for a gift as you don't need to know the exact size.

    • @floatingisland544
      @floatingisland544 Год назад +1

      @@The_Stylish_Maker Oh, thank you. Hadn't thought to make it with an extender and I haven't used memory wire before, but I will give that a try.

    Excellent vid! How do you decide the measurement of the bracelet? If you're making several of them to sell.

    • @The_Stylish_Maker
      @The_Stylish_Maker  Год назад

      Hi Susan, that's a really hard question because everyone is different. If would make a range of sizes, or use either memory wire or make stretch bracelets.

    What is your opinion on wire guardians?

    • @The_Stylish_Maker
      @The_Stylish_Maker  Год назад

      That's a great question, Rosalinda. Thank you. I do use wire guardians some times but it depends on the project. They do a good job of hiding the tiger tail and holding everything together nicely (tiger tail can't slip out of a jump ring when encased in a wire guardian). I also really like to use French wire to cover my tiger tail. You can see how I do that here: ruclips.net/video/gU0pLeDD4VM/видео.htmlsi=XwngEVoFZx0rSzwO
      Here's my video about wire guardians as well:

      I hope that helps.

    • @The_Stylish_Maker
      @The_Stylish_Maker  Год назад

      You need to click on the cog button and turn off the subtitles. We don't have any control over this - it's a RUclips setting that you need to turn on and off.

    • @The_Stylish_Maker
      @The_Stylish_Maker  Год назад

      Hi Cindy, you need to turn off the RUclips subtitles. I don't set them to turn on. It's to do with how you have your personal RUclips set up. Thank you. I'm glad you like the bracelets.
