Great video! I hadn't realised I could cold twist the steel so evenly after normalising. I saw a lusitanian torc with this twist in Krakow, it was around 2-3000 years old 😁
I tried this but I guess I didn't have my steel annealed right ,had to hot twist all pieces, it turned out OK but it was way more cruded up and this pieceeseems impossible to get good and clean lol ,how did you anneal

Carefully in the forge so get the pieces up to temperature then leave them in the fire to cool down slowly and the fire dies down.
