- GANGSTALKING is a subjective experience that isn't backed by much research.
Most articles on gangstalking comes up when the topic of paranoid delusions are discussed.
We, as clnicians, lack the research studies needed to make sense out of this experience and to help our clients.
My experience has been that the subjective experience of gangstalking is the result of family trauma, CPTSD, and PTSD in most cases.
Some mental health professionals believe gangstalking to be a complex phenomenon that has roots in unresolved trauma.
The qualitative research (i.e., research based on interviews alone) that have been done on gangstalking focuses on first-person expeirences alone, with little to no concrete research data. This makes it difficult for therapists to understand how to address this.
And most people with some kind of trauma also believe that they have experienced gangstalking at some point in their lives.
In this live chat, I discuss why it is difficult for society at large, your family and friends, and even some therapists to believe in gangstalking.

*DISCLAIMER: I am posting a disclaimer to help clarify confusion caused by some visiting commenters who are unable to look at this topic from a fair and objective perspective -- and who have targeted some people in the comments section. We have to be mindful that while delusions and psychosis do exist (causing paranoia, hallucinations, and false beliefs held to be true) and most individuals who experience gangstalking have experiences that may be subjective, we cannot write them off as "unstable" and not investigate other possibilities. We also have to help give them the proper language to understand and express themselves and that comes about through unbiased exchange of ideas.
Rather than succumb to a binary bias that gangstalking only exists among those who are psychologically unwell, we should try to understand whether gangstalking could have some elements of truth that we can tease apart from the other theories that are grounded in psychosis.
Psychology and mental illness is not as cut and dry as society would like it to be. We also do not have the medical advancements that medicine has (because you can't put a human in a tube and test them. You must speak to them, evaluate them and their reality, be open to their subjective experiences, and align all of this with what the field of psychology says is truth --- including being aware that psychology is limited in studying the things we tend to write off as a society.
I implore you to respect ALL of the commenters here and try not to paint everyone who is commenting below with a broad brush.
Some commenters may not be aware of their need for psychiatric help and may make statements that are subjective and biased in regards to gangstalking.
But that doesn't mean that everyone commenting below is psychologically unwell. Wisom and true knowledge is often found among those who can tease apart and distinguish between what COULD be true and what ISN'T true.

The real problem is that people always want to blame the victim, minimize what is happening to the victim, or completely deny what is happening to the victim, out of selfishness or cowardice.
Perhaps. AND minimie it because it's hard to make sense out of something the world cannot "see" or readily understand. That's the sad part.
@@TherapistTamaraHill Definitely. I was referring to family and friends of victims. I can understand strangers to the victim having a difficult time grasping with what is happening because they do not have a personal relationship with the victim.

The victim also begins to find more of what they focus on. They suspect when unrelated (gas success?) and whatever is error is zeroed in on. Nothing else is considered.
I'm pal to a vic and actually saw for myself and then i got targeted, both by the management gang and naysayers (ignorant flyers?) for supporting the person despite excess perception.
I think a huge part of the construct is the leaponboard to destroy the targets without actual linkage to instigating gang. That is a worrying reward system.
They have been doing this way to long for me to even care about any longer. It's just weird. And I will never be able to understand it.

This is a common experience among people who somehow get involved with someone with "authority" or "favortism" in a small area. I know that some rural areas are like this. Police, laywers, politicians, etc. may all know each other and somehow protect one another in various things. It's more common than you think.

Law enforcement gang stalks on a regular basis during an investigation. They use regular people like an abuser would to obtain information, or for surveillance.

Imagine what it would be like for someone with a mental health diagnosis who was being gang stalked and then gaslit that what they were experiencing was symptoms of their diagnosis.
This is a real problem and it needs to be addressed and taken very seriously.💯

I think what people want to know is how to take them ( stalkers) down ! And how the can be arrested for wiretapping and exploiting your personal life without consent to line their personal pockets and profit off your misfortune. I’m certain that’s illegal and a crime worthy of imprisonment!

Gang-stalking is absolutely real. Currently experiencing this from a neighbour; the males in that household. Police are not helpful even when there is absolute proof. Its frustrating and frightening. There absolutely needs to be more research, awareness and help for those of us who need it and those who unfortunately experience this.

Get a rescue dog! Bigger the better! That’s your new best friend forever. You must have that dog with you always and show the neighbors that you are protected.

I was put in prison for a crime I didn't commit and hold evidence to prove it. I can't get one attorney to take this case because the whole justice system broke laws and violated my rights. I had childhood abandonment issues that caused me to break down when my wife of 28 years walked out. Then the same with ex girlfriend. This experience of being isolated and gangstalked has helped me overcome my trauma bonding issues. I just wish it would stop. I love people and have no resentment and no longer wish to seek revenge. I just want my children back in it. To everyone going through it stay strong and trust the process.

My friends and I got accused of talking behind this guys back and also making fun of him. This is a guy who swore he was getting gangstalked. He was believing stuff that wasn't true and it caused a lot of unnecessary suffering for him when I was around him for a couple of months. Anyways, just based off of alot of these comments I have a feeling a lot of friends and family members get genuinely hurt for getting accused of stalking or being a TI or whatever you want to call it... and I think its an unfair judgement to say that anyone who is concerned for someone losing their mind is a stalker... I personally wont go as far as calling someone crazy unless they are outright out of control and violent but thats just me, i know a lot of people are a lot more harsh and misunderstanding

Gangstalking can ALSO be in the form of LIES/FALSE ASSUMPTIONS about you, being passed around behind your back, from one or a few people to a plethora of people, causing UNDUE INFLUENCE in the minds of others, turning others against you that were previously supportive of you. You can REVERSE ENGINEER the lies by observing the BEHAVIOR of people.

This happened to me and sadly people are small weak minded to believe anything. Easily manipulated
Sometimes it's The crime of character defamation, and sometimes it's misrepresentation which I've heard about people suing for. The trick is getting people to talk about it and break whatever code of silence or fear of embarrassment or whatever reason keeps them quiet about it.
Some of them are afraid to help you for fear they will they will be gang stalled too. Believe me. The police know it is real even if they deny it.
A tip for dealing with gangstalking is daily positive affirmations and Meditation and prayer strengthens your mind and aura.
It does indeed strengthen your mind. Meditation, positive/balanced affirmations, and prayer are good for daily life battles. Sometimes that's the only thing that gets me through the day.
Hi, Thank you for shedding light on this topic. I have become in the past year and a half a victim of this. People create lies and false narratives so that I am hated and ostracized accusing me of crimes I never committed. I don't have support or money to fight this. Its devastating.
Always carry a phone camera with you. Not only does this help when s*** hits the fan, but it also acts as a deterrent.
Yes gangstalking is very real. I have gangstalkers for neighbors. I live in a manufactured house and iam surrounded on all sides by them. We live about 10 to 15 feet apart. Their main way of operating is through various forms of disturbing noise. The gangstalker behind me lets her dogs bark all the time, she makes up lies and calls the police for no reason and out of the blue. She points video cameras 3 feet away from my house which also records my conversations. The gangstalker on the other side wakes me up at 6am with various loud noises. Then the gangstalker on the other side pees in my yard, gets into my mailbox and blocks my driveway. This is no coincidence. They are harrassing me.

Once upon a time before the narcissist came along, when you said something-you were believed. After the narcissist, no one believes anything you say. It could be that simple. Tell me something. When you were being stalked, did it seem like everyone was in on it? You know, except you.
It's not the government-for sure. It's somebody you know that is right under your nose. If you think it's the government-you're a narcissist.
That may be true! You were also believed because "research" and "science" hadn't taken over the world in such a way that subjective experience, opinions, and personal believes were respected. I feel like things took a turn for the worst (i.e., focusing on "science" more than anything else in this complicated life). I feel like the world only talks about "research" and "science" in this day and time rather than things that may not be readily explained or understood. That natural curiosity for unfathomable things and experiences is all gone -- at least that's how it feels.
Pseudo personality overlays tend to be narcissistic. Maybe there's a reason why this is. Maybe there's a reason why narcissism is so prevalent.
Why would someone lie about believing something like this is happening to them? Many people who believe this is happening to them are in tears, genuine fear and live compromised lives due to a nature of restriction (whether self imposed or factually). People need to be validated for their realities, because what people believe to be “real” IS their reality. Many people are too afraid to reach out for help in fear of being gaslit about their realities and further ostracized. This is one of those topics that is as ambiguous as human trafficking.
Often, the people they reach out to for help, they get harassed too so that that person eventually leaves you alone.

We need a new law that can penalize people for doing this atrocity. Gang stalking causes severe mental health issues in victims.
The mind is powerful. With stalking, people can intentionally ignore or exasperate the problem, but photos don’t lie. When you catch them on film in your personal space, it’s no longer and illusion but a reality

People who make this up are often attention-seekers, mockers, pathological liars, and/or individuals who don't believe in this phenomenon and is playing around. There may also be individuals who are paranoid and delusional which can lead to believing something that truly isn't true.

My nightmare actually began long before I knew there was such a thing called “gangstalking.” I genuinely thought that maybe my abusive boyfriend was in some sort of organized crime, and since he had to go to jail for 8 days for randomly showing up at my business yelling he was going to kill me, he was punishing me. In fact, the first time I felt I was being stalked by some evil group was right after he went to jail, I started getting nonstop hang up calls or wrong numbers on both my business phone and my cell. (I had my own English language school for adults at that time but had to shut it down and go stay with my sister in another state due to escalating harassment.)
I never had one inkling that something so strategically sadistic existed. And I’ve always been accustomed to my enthusiasm for life and inspirational insights lifting people up-living life with purpose and not worrying about jealous, vindictive adversaries.
You can never tell who's ultimately making s*** up or not online, but IMO, there are many people online who like to discredit victims by acting like a victim themselves and then discrediting all victims by acting a fool, such that those under real duress don't get the credibility that they need and deserve as a victim.

I feel that regardless of why we are being gangstalked we need to let it go. Becime good with yourself, heal from past truma and live your life. Ive chose to put this in gods hands. Being born into an alcoholic abusive home on the southside of Chicago lets just say ive seen some things in the real world. I think gangstalking is hard for clinicians to understand because most clinicians are highly priviledged and have not experienced first hand much but the privilidged life.

It's hard for most ppl to understand and the victim gets called crazy but the ppl who are stalking us are the ones who are crazy. It's been happening to me for years and only met one person who believed me bc they were also targeted
I just happened upon your channel earlier today. The gangstalking / stalking topics are super fascinating. I've been witness to an online hate campaign this past year. A collective of grown men have been bullying another man this whole year. The support that the bullies get is insane. I don't care much for the targeted fella, but I find the gangstalkers conduct reprehensible. They have dug into this man's past.. police reports, family, Facebook communities, business reviews... contacting neighbors, gyms, children's schools, child service agencies, family....they tracked down his daughter that was given away for adoption at birth. They got her to do an interview and trash him. I find this behavior sick. I don't get it and it baffles me that bullies get massive support. We have such mixed messaging in homes. On one hand, there are anti bully campaigns. Particularly online bullying, harassment, etc. Kids are getting this message in school, TV, everywhere. On the other hand, these same kids are at home observing their parents engage in this behavior. I dunno...... These gangstalkers are just straight up mean and evil, but their actions are celebrated. Sometimes, I feel like I'm the crazy one... you know, for finding these gangstalkers gross and feeling bad for their target. The whole topic of gangstalking is fascinating, especially in this era of social media, and the speed in which lives can be ruined.

Some other guy in the comments said it’s been going on to him “for 40 years”. Think logically. Would a group of people carry on a huge operation for 40 YEARS following a completely unimportant random guy with no actual objective other than following him. What’s the point?
You are on point about the real life case! Mines started when I got divorced! I don’t have depression or any other issues. I know who it is and why that person and their lackies are doing it because their deranged.
The treason people don’t understand or think it’s gang stalking because the stalker doesn’t see it as stalking. The first time I was stalk I am sure that he was thinking I’m going to show her how desirable other women find me. But him doing it to the point of following me for an hour to a community he doesn’t belong in was screaming stalker. People who are romantically interested but local those social skills can also not notice. Racism or even sexism. People don’t take those things into consideration how socially adept people behave. There’s a lot to consider. I think if we say women down and had this conversation you will uncover horrible stories. My former boss was this beautiful tall red head with freckles and she told me how a man followed her to her apartment and kept honking as she cried inside her room. I was followed a lot during my early and mid twenties. My coworker was stalked so bad that she was kidnapped. Many and many women have stalker stories and have ptsd. Some of it starts young. I know many many women who I sat down with and recount their stories with stalking in our country of the USA. It’s a lot.
You do make a good point at the beginning of this content -- that stalkers do not see themselves as stalkers. There are some stalkers who truly believe they aren't doing anything wrong and those kind of stalkers are the intimacy stalker and the rejected stalker. Research does show that intimacy stalkers are so bent on getting what they wants that they will disregard you and your freedom.
I would say that wire tapping is most definitely stalking...it's also illegal (at least in Canada) unless used by law enforcement
This is absolutely happening to me. It is not a matter of trauma or paranoia. Unfortunately it will cost me a great deal of money to make it stop. I don't have those kind of resources. I already had to move but they have a much bigger net than I with them living in my community for a very long time and being very connected.

It's infuriating because I wouldn't believe anybody either if they told me the same story. It's "community policing" and (some) therapists design the program to have the desired effect.

I came upon your channel and love how compassionate and understanding you are. You connect with your audience, and you make them feel as if they're having a one on one conversation. Many people who are dealing with any type of stalking/harassment are not usually believed and are often called crazy or mentally ill. The most infuriating thing is when people try to tell you it's all in your mind or you're crazy. You do isolate because the repeated assaults and no one believing you leads you to trust no one. Whrn I eould tell my family, thry were like you're always claiming someone is doing something to you.
I often think of people who have escaped out of religions like scientology or other cult religions who claim their being targeted. For some it's their own family member or members. They humor you to your face with small conversations but behind your back, you're all levels of crazy.

I think there's more than just one option.
There is of course reciprocally rejecting everyone (the predictable and expected outcome based on context and average psychological processes) participating.
Another way is to attempt to pick and choose who to have back and forth discussions about this with, who to influence in a healthy way.
Some conversations might be winners and some might be losers. (And then there are some who have caused so much harm that there is no way you should ever let them even have a chance to contact you 🚩🚩🚩 for your own self protection.)
Dr. Steven Hassan (you can find them here on RUclips) brings this point up repeatedly. (I find that everything he says about a cult can be applied to gangstalking.)
So depending on who a person is, and how far they have gone, and whether or not you can convince them to stop the gangstalking b******* it may or may not be beneficial to give them a degree of leeway for a changing their mind about their behavior, if you know what I mean.
But yes, I know exactly everything you're saying.
Gang stalking is 100% real but was designed to make the victim look crazy if they talk about it. Their main goal is to sensitize you to sounds that if someone is not being gang stalked hears they'll think nothing of. Think for example, going weeks and weeks and EVERY time before you enter a building or leave a building, you hear a car horn, panic alarm or revving engine. If anyone not experiencing this directly, a car horn is just going to sound like nothing out of the ordinary, people hear car horns a lot, same for panic alarms, same for fairly common sounds. So what do you do? Do you have a friend or family member walk with you so they can understand what you're going through? That won't work either, they'll still follow you but they will make sure not to use the sensitized sounds until they leave you. But besides them getting money by doing criminal things or getting turned on by it.. what's the point? It just seems like a huge amount of wasted time, especially for me, I'm an entry level production worker and got people day and night trying to watch me to continue some game that doesn't accomplish anything. 🙃

People who are engaged in this and they know what they're into at least approximately are very distinct from others. You don't usually meet THAT much of them in this consentration in one place or as oftrn if you live your normal life. It's like they have no personality of their own and they got a trauma around that. The more psychopathic ones have probably been through a lot of abuse in childhood, but they have pushed these memories into subconscious & identify with their abusers simultaneously somehow. Also these are people who got involved with criminal gangs since teenagehood at least. They're super different from others, the gut feeling they give that makes your stomach turn, you see
Some people believe that gangstalking is a delusion (or a social construct), and there may be delusional people out there, but why downplay, discredit, dismiss or marginalize gangstalking as "much ado about nothing?"
Community mobbing and community bullying are synonymous with gangstalking. Why is it inconceivable that a group of people would target and seek to destroy others through group or community mobbing? Why gaslight victims who are being terrorized and traumatized by evil people?
Ms Tamara Thank You for this great lecture. I do agree, there's not much information about gang stalking, but it happens. In my country of origin, Poland, there's a well documented case of a family (mother Małgorzata Kosciuszko and two children from Zdzar: medical doctor and lawyer among them) who gang stalk their neighbours. There was nothing one could do in spite of proof. The videos of their stalking went viral in Poland but still.. because of their high status and knowledge of law they knew how to outsmart the system and officers. That's horrible, everyone watched what they do on TV, Internet, but nobody could help and they just laugh. Now they have a new neighbor, a pensionist who was additionally accused by one of the family members of this family for sexually harassing the stalker. This case is in court now, but it all lasts already looong years. I really don't know if it's all about the bad legal system or their ability to outsmart it. Anyway it can be a great material to study how gang stalking and judicial system function or better put doesn't function properly (+what methods gang stalkers use to make life of a victim difficult) . What you say about standing up to bullies resonates well with me because I have often thought that’s the reason I’ve been targeted. I was once a well-liked person, but I have never had one ounce of desire to bend my morals or to take a beating from a bully just to be liked. And bullies hate that. Everything about gangstalking seems to be designed by 10-year old schoolyard bullies.
@@leefmyers8709in one way it's 10-year-old bullies, but even though it's extremely emotionally immature, you find that people in prison populations tend to be emotionally stunted. So you end up with grown ass people doing crimes that cause great harm, and a lot of times it only minimizes that harm that they do by calling them out on what it feels like, unwanted attention from 10-year-old bullies.
A lot of cults do the same thing and the people who are part of it end up feeling and reasoning about it in minimized terms.
If you’re looking for signs you’ll see them everywhere. It’s awkward trying to not notice though when you’re really going through it cuz sometimes they turn it up so you gotta actively ignore it 😂
The organized harassment perpetrators will be the ones who will be unhappy and paranoid when they find out they along with their perp families, friends, acquaintances, pets, vehicles, and buildings have been made internet famous to all kinds of nice and/or nasty international groups and organizations of strangers watching them. My associates and I do this in reverse to uniformed and civilian perps alike. Fear, anxiety, and intimidation are useful tools. ☠️

People say how they knew someone crazy who thought they were being gangstalked and they ended up in a mental institution. The irony being that part of the ‘paranoid delusion’ is ‘they’ will lock you up in a jail or mental institution. Then when ‘they’ manhandle the person and take them away it never dawns on them that they’re the ones the person was afraid of coming to get them.
This is happening to me!! And I don’t know what to do. Also someone from the street sat by me and tried to get them into their place, showed that he had been talking to my aunt and cousin and an image of a carpetet floors in their home… don’t know what to do
Circular reasoning is definitely a confusion inducing pattern. (Whenever somebody's trying to manipulate or control, you should check if confusion is being used. Pretty common.)
In this particular case of circular reasoning, Tamara's video helps bring more widespread exposure and public discussion revolving around actual instances of group stalking and mobbing.
In doing so, in my mind this helps prevent situations in which clinicians who are either crooked or incompetent, who end up gaslighting victims of stalking, by using their profession to essentially victim blame and giving a fraudulent diagnosis, instead of calling the cops.
Happened to my husband and I. Now he’s being falsely accused of sexual harassment at work…by an old racist white guy. I was already afraid to leave my house. Now I’m afraid to even go out in my front yard.

Just yesterday, I stopped in Chic FIL A for breakfast, and a guy out of nowhere comes into the restaurant and sits at the table behind me. I was browsing my phone and then internet issues started, and I shut my phone off, and the guy left. I watched to see where he was going and saw him walk towards the highway and wait.
Another time, I was at the dealership waiting for my car to be serviced, and a guy came in with a laptop, and I felt impressed in my spirit to turn my phone off. He got really mad at whatever he was doing on his computer.
Then last Saturday, I was taking to a person I had met around July/June and they said to me, the other day you were singing a very beautiful song, what is the name of the song. I have not seen that person since we met in a clothing store, was not near that person, had not talked to that person, so how they heard me singing was either a phone hack or some other weird thing. I was singing in my car and in my house. I sadly had to block this person as I could not understand how they heard my singing.
SAME. The funny thing is that if we go outside the area the weird behavior stops…

If you being followed., in my experience.. I did this on /off cellphone on a regular basis also depending on the hours of the day ., I disconnected the wifi they go act like chickens whit no direction they get lost ., also I put some prayers of saints arkangel Michael I couldn’t believe it since they think that are working whit the devil they hate listening people pray., I am not a religious guy ,, but most of time either your cell phone can be your own weapon to defend yourself or bring trouble.. unfortunately is so many people that attack against one ., but you can defend yourself don’t panic or show fear
Until today my family and freinds believe I am crazy and manny of them I took distance because of this , I even suspected some of them being part of this stalking I can not freely welcome new freinds cause that basic human need has been taking away from me as they used people to be freinds with me to use it against me so it's damaging in every way not only towards me but the damage it cost for my child missing out on its relative the damage is great and there will never be a recovery for trusting humans or systems ever again
People that don't believe you're being stalked do so because they enjoy invalidating you. They dont see you as "special" enough to be stalked. If you find yourself explaining what's happening to this type of person count it as a blessing you now see them for how they truly feel about you. It's not even about the stalker at the point. AND they are seething jealous it's you and not them. Some sic shiiii.

For anyone like me who KNOWS they're not psychotic and is being made to believe it via the gangstalking or cyber stalking, record everything, report everything, create a paper trail, and know thyself so well that you can defend what you know rationally. Also, I am still paranoid, but it has become a safeguard rather than a hindrance.

My daughters dad had 4 pkges from diff websites delivered to my house, a pkg each day! I couldnt prove it was him cause he used fake names!! Also he calls all the women in his family to call/text me when he starts up drama.

I went through this back to back the past 4 years.... given where I was living, from jealous neighbors (have tons of footage of them stealing my mail, peeing in front of my door, breaking my windows, trying to seduce my then-boyfriend...it got CRAZY and even moreso once I stopped responding), an actual neighborhood gang (partly my fault given my angry response when they kept blasting music for 3 days straight all throughout the night), then moved... and was stalked by the local police and some angry looking white Americans which I still can't quite label other than maybe "neighborhood police" or a white supremacy group (and they seemed so organized I began to worry that the idea of an impending Civil War might actually be what was underway. not out of the realm of possibilities if you realistically look at Jan. 6 and the police and military connections... but you see how these forms of attacks can lead one down a rabbit hole of paranoia...)... I finally completely gave up because this is "CRAZY MAKING" experiences...stopped going out and interacting and very quickly the police VERY clearly stopped appearing EVERYWHERE I go in this small town...I now feel less constrained but not completely... I was taught as a child not to be vain and grew up in a family full of females who are just now coming out and saying they were jealous of me or felt "threatened" by my accomplishments... so am thinking some of the stalking from the men could have been amorous but unwanted attention... I'm working through all this and coming to deal with the fact that some of these insane experiences were due to the people and gangs and my own aggressive RESPONSES, and my choice to buy land in a mostly white area... (they began putting up confederate flags, saying "go home" on megaphones and on the drive home after working on the land a white pickup truck with flags flying threw a handful of foamy white substance at my window. We were the only cars on the dark country road and this was clearly targeted) so I see clearly how my actions and responses have HELPED create this situation and I'm working through it all ALONE (because as you said if someone is not aware of this or gone through it you just sound frantic and crazy trying to explain what is happening to you lol) and also coming to terms with despite my age or the way I may see myself some of this stalking was also men stalking for other reasons as well. So put all this together and it was enough to kill a weaker person and hasn't completely let up but is MUCH more manageable as long as I hide away. I am SOOOOO glad Tamara is bringing this to light and looking at it from a purely physical material "real world" view as that is what most people understand... from a spiritual perspective I am learning other reasons for this "onslaught" of this type of parasitic, group-think, bee hive activity. Also, having been stalked by gang, police (still not sure if this was because they were protecting me from the gang or not) and racist white americans... I realize there is NOTHING new to this...the gangs and police interact OFTEN and it seems the gangs have just copied this TACTIC of the police...and the police who are copying the larger "white american" collective..(if you are african american and CONSCIOUS you understand what their purpose and creation was after slavery was abolished and white america had to think of the "black solution"...was to sneakily continue slavery and oppression but with legal backing...my God...after what I've been through is has become clear the jails must be TEEMING with innocent people of color with a predominance of black males)..but I digress...white america and at a broader look...the "colonizers" "marauders" "oppressors" across this planet which are mostly of a particular group (it is what it is and we have to be honest about who currently RULES this world and the how and they why) were able to do so by implementing the very same tactics that are used by those gangstalking... making a division of us vs them, coming together no matter what to subjugate, stalk, gas light, demean and instill fear of the designated victim, creating an atmosphere of fear, constant and obvious surveillance with enough agents that the victim cannot determine who and what is safe or not, make the victim paranoid and so crazed that their sanity is questioned by anyone they seek help from. Isolate and destroy the victim through these tactics. Yes... we are surrounded in a world of psychopaths and sociopaths...many of whom have POWER over us... power we have given. I'll leave it at that. After what I've been through and seeing the racism and aggressiveness prevalent throughout this country (black and white and other) I honestly have no idea where I fit in and if I can EVER find a SAFE and PRIVATE home on this planet... its a very sad thought but I feel this way. I wouldn't wish even half of what I've been through on even those I "dislike"...and I pray there will be Celestial and Divine intervention to put an end to this darkness. Then it became ambush discussions, people asking for my address, just weird stuff! Even moving to Cali was something that bothered them!

I think females are more prone to being stalked by males. Males are naturally more aggressive and are more prone to controlling behavior. Look at a lot of one on one stalking cases. It's more common for a male to stalk a female.

I have noticed many of my patients, who suffer from ptsd and take medication; without counseling, are more so labeled clinically disabled (to participate in life) than those who attend both therapeutic solutions.
I’ve noticed the medications tend to work better (short term) when the patient attends counseling.
Like antibiotics are not fully beneficial to a healthy body, long term. Most physicians would run tests of their immune system function. Then dietary choices to determine why someone is constantly experiencing inflammational dis-ease processes without resolve.
Good point. I agree. I see this too. Research suggests that medication and therapy work best together for most cases. Counseling surely does serve a purpose in the treatment of those with PTSD.

These are serious crimes committed every day. Have been for a long time. Decades. I need real help. I have spoken to 5 people whom I thought to have been professionals where I could seek solace and respite. They have not helped at all. Please. This is serious. I don't know where else to go.

I would say, yes, only if this person is able to be objective (look at the facts and not add or detract from the facts). Some people are looking for any information they can manipulate to fit their narrative. We don't want that.
We want this information to be integrated into reality in a healthy way so that greater understanding can be obtained. Confusion is not what we want.
So that would be my suggestion. Only if this person is able to clearly and objectively take in this information. Not everyone can.

I wish I could offer some. The field is so behind in trying to understand this and not much attention is given to this topic. So there are no resources, that I am aware of, that can offer suggestions on how to eradicate and overcome the fear, concern, and experience of being gangstalked.

Well, I know (having many family members working in government and crime investigation) that we lack A LOT of research into this area and are in need of objective information on how these devices (wearables, laptops, etc) can not only help in crime investigations but also be used against humanity. Sensors and circuitry and how they impact humans (particularly the brain) is very "young" in the field of neuroscience, psychology, and psychiatry. I'm learning more about this as my field unfolds some of the research. But again, we're so young in this that there aren't a lot of case studies or research studies about how this can relate to concepts such as gangstalking. As I learn, I will share with all of you.

Im trying to genuinely understand the victims of gang stalking. It’s very difficult to believe the victim because the victim is accusing me constantly that I am in concert with her stalkers and it’s very frustrating. However when I ask the victim to produce proof, the victim believe I will just hand it over to her stalkers. How do I help this person?
This is a very good question. It is sadly a question most mental health therapists and psychotherapists like me have not found the answer to. The concept of gang stalking is complex. Stalking-by-proxy is also complex. The idea that someone is experiencing gang stalking can be the result of many different things such as untreated mental illness (delusions and/or hallucinations), paranoia, or stalking-by-proxy if the person has done something to anger someone -- such as through divorce, getting a promotion, having a nicer car or home, etc. for example. It takes a very careful eye and close consideration of the facts to figure out if the person is TRULY experiencing this or if they are experiencing something else that is causing this belief such as in the case of psychosis or extreme paranoia.
I encourage you to learn more about psychosis (hallucinations, delusions, thought disturbance) and stalking by proxy to determine where you should be and/or to help you gain some clarity.
People really need to stop Institutionalizing this Phenomenon. Please understand your friends situation.
Her/His life has been affected in a way you cannot even fathom. Nothing in life is Normal. This Gangstalking activity is invasive beyond anyone's understanding.
They watch your every move. Trusting someone becomes A Valued Commodity, so sharing any form of information is sacred.

The common beliefs of being gang stalked list upsets me. I thought I read a stat that said that 98% of people that report stalking are being honest. So, hearing #2 Big Agencies and #4. I believe, hurts the credibility of the other common beliefs. Of which when reported are 98% true and not beliefs.
You may have read a statistic like that but was that in relation to gangstalking or stalking alone? See, the challenge for most people is making sure that they are reading statistics or data that is specific to gangstalking. The topic of stalking is a very big subject so in order to get correct statistics, you have to narrow down the kind of stalking you are reading about. Is this predatory stalking, is this gangstalking, is this all forms of stalking, etc?
