The best pasta lumakoni recipe & ASMR & Pasta shells stuffed 🇺🇦

▶️ Simple macaroni / shells (lumaconi) can be made so delicious that you will want to make them again and again. This is an easy and inexpensive recipe for making giant shells. The ingredients are written for making two servings. You can make the shells in this recipe not in portions, but in one large dish and then portion them out after cooking.
✅️ FOR 2 SERVINGS:
Shells (lumakoni) - 200 gr,
minced beef/chicken - 200 gr,
onions - 100 gr,
spinach - 50 gr,
sun-dried tomatoes - 50 g,
vegetable oil - 40 g,
salt, pepper, dry garlic
Any kind of cheese - 60 g,
Parmesan cheese - 40 gr
For the sauce:
Sour cream - 80 gr,
mustard - 20 gr,
salt, pepper,
warm water - 200 ml
