Hi, very helpful but I have one more question.. I want to give customers to option to choose a size, colour and quantity (with different values) as one product that is added to the total. And then I want them to be able to add another combination of the same to 'the cart' without having to make a separate booking. How do I set this up so multiple variations of the product are added to the total price?
Hi there! Thanks for the question. I would make a multi step form with 2 pages and then put in both calculations. Then try to combine those answers someway… I think the support of Gravity Forms can help you out here?

@@WPressDoctor You video was very useful. I just started to use GF. Fantastic plugin. Do you have a tutorial on customizing the look of the form? btw. I'm a sub.
Great tutorial 👍 my issue right now is that I am trying to do some field alignments but it’s awful. I am wanting 5 text fields to the left , medium size and on top of each other. Then to the right and inline with those I want 2 medium sized paragraph boxes on top of each other. But when I am doing the drag and dropping it just doesn’t work out , it’s a mess, not in-line at all. Do you have any suggestions?
@@WPressDoctor I really do appreciate you replying 👍 thank you, yeah I have just sent in a support ticket so will see if this can be done . Cheers doc 👍

Thank you again! I thought of a question - do you have a tutorial for Gravity Forms where I can build a database from multiple forms? For example, we have club members enrolling as primary, associate, and junior members. I’d like to build a database that contains all three member types, but I haven’t figured out how to do that yet. If you could point me in the right direction, I’d be most grateful!!!
Hi Amy, thanks for the question. I don't have that unfortunately. What you can do however is just create a dropdown field so that one needs to select it. OR if you have 3 different forms, make a 'hidden administrative' field that will also contain this information. This way it will be saved at the entries and when exporting them all to a CRM or just a excel Sheet, that data will be in there to be used on filtering. Could that work?
Hey! another question haha. I have gravity forms and woocommerce and I want to add an option in a form where they can choose between a couple products (supscriptions to be precise). Do you know how to do this?
Hi Joost! Yeah that is possible, just use the 'product' form modules inside of a form... I have also created that using GF on this website: wpressdoctor.com/fix-hacked-wordpress-website/ but that is without WooCOmmerce. If you want to connect them, I think you need this plugin also: www.gravityforms.com/add-ons/woocommerce-product-addons/
Hi, I have a problem and I'm hoping for help - maybe it's not even possible with Gravity Forms, but I still wanted to ask.We are organizing a festival with volunteers. The volunteers should have the choice of which days (Tue-Sun) they want to help, and additionally the choice of which time slot they want to work on each day. For example, on Tuesday they could be "flexibly assigned" or on Wednesday they could "help from the afternoon (from around 4pm)". The data must be received in the backend in such a way that I have a clear result and can work with it properly. How can I do this?
Hi Freweini! Thanks for the question. You can definitively do that with Gravity Forms, the real challenge comes in handling the data afterwards. In your case I would make dropdowns or checkboxes with conditional logic. First choose day of the week, then choose timeslots. Maybe even multiple slots. Then you have a big chunk of data and then export it all to CSV. From then you need a Excel hero who can create tables from that data. Its possible but I am not that of a Excel pro...
