This development in at least 30 yrs old ..some buildings even older... why are you talking as if this is a new development ? Also the USP of this place is the greenery but in their newer projects they dont offer that . Even in Powai it was an accident that they offerred so much greenery as they didnt think that ppl would live so far away from city , but now that Powai is prime area , Hiranandanis will never allocate so much space to greenery

True. As time passes many of the greener patches will be converted into residential projects or office bldgs. A parking lot has been converted into Hirco Sales Office 10 yrs ago. The building that houses UBS office was being proposed to be redeveloped into a skyscraper from the 3-4 storey bldg that it is. IF AND WHEN that's done - traffic situation will be disastrous. Simply put what was offered as greenery, parking and free amenity at Rs 5000/sqft is not affordable anymore because the same asset is fetching them Rs 30k PLUS. So the trees and grasslands are too pricy to be retained. Also, If Maharashtra Govt can chop 10,000 trees to make way for Mumbai Metro Yard (ie. Adani realty projects soon?) in Goregaon then why blame Hiranandani?
