Mr. Hiranandani is a Smart Person, He has given all the comments Politically Correct. This entire Interview looks like all the Questions are pre-planned and well discussed on the Answers to be provided.... Nice Show, Not Interview ...

Yeah mostly all politically correct statements. Why? Because obviously no builder wants to get his projects stalled. They invest crores in their projects albeit leveraged funds. Nobody wants ED and CBI raids as well. The quality of "free speech" and "free behaviour" defines the quality of "governance" and "democracy." That said, Hiranandani was one of the first few who stuck to good quality and deadlines despite ups and downs in the markets. He has not gone to two dozen cities with his project because he is choosy and he doesn't start things he won't be able to finish with that motto of quality and deadline.

    • @rhassan9706

80% of the people who ever occupied a prestigious or important chair in India all reached there because of their contacts. Those who did not have contacts but occupied an important office by merit and hard work too did use their position for the welfare of their kith and kin later on with very few exceptions. It happens everywhere but in India it's blown out of proportion. In India kids of politicians are automatically given a govt office, so many IAS officers with plum posting are born to IAS officers, so many IPS born to cops. Even if they have to take the exam there is some advantage gained because of familial existence in the system. If you have corporate honchos as relatives, you'll at least get entry to a good internship if not a permanent position itself. That's the reason India lags in quality and efficiency because merit is not the most important virtue in many sectors. BUT, people who work extremely hard and have some talent definitely make it big. This list of those people is also not short but I'll name a few who are fairly well known e.g. SRK, Manoj Bajpai, Akshay Kumar (his sister is Hiranandani's sister-in-law), MTR's Maiya, Haldiram's Aggarwal, Natural's Kamath, and founders of numerous other start-ups incl. NRN.

    Multiple irrelevant questions 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
Niranjan sir is a land of knowledge and experience 🙌🏻
    1) The interviewer could've asked about his financial strategical policies how he manages to built a structure considering the Real Estate.
    2) How does he sees a property and what are his perspective towards any land he builds in growth, development and futuristic scope?
    3) How does political involvement helps in Real Estate & and how one should see and consider a property to be purchased or leased and what what points are to be taken into consideration for it?
    4) What are his further moves in construction sector and and what he is looking forward to for more better infrastructural development ?
    And much more questions 🤷‍♂️
How I wish if I had gotten a chance I would've asked about his journey throughout & his ongoing plans but a deserving person doesn't gets a chance easily in our country 🙌🏻🙂

I totally agree With Mr. Hiranandani as Any Developed City In The World, Definitely Hinges on Infrastructure to The Mark,as To Tackle Population and Demand Of The Society Ethical Living Standards. It's Back To Back Scenario where The City Authority has To Work Hand In Hand With Residence of City ,as They Are Tax Payers and Service Delivery Has To Be Paramount Challenge Understand. Again It's Trickles Down To Political Will And Wish To Make It Happen. I Would Suggest All The Builders to Make It Mandatory into Their Premises to Put Ban on Tobacco,Ghutka and Other Dirty Habits So As To Keep Their Architecture Marvels Speak For It's Beauty And Artwork. All Roads Should Have Sign Banning Ghutka,Tobacco Products and Other Related Stuff Not to Be Allowed Into Society Common Area, Residences Need To Be Educated and Awareness Campaign for Swachh Bharat Should Be Seriously Implemented. We Can Take A Step Today to Reach A Mile Stone .

And I don't understand that if people from India migrate to Mumbai then are politicians allowed to do so much corruption?
So many near and dear ones have lost money in cooperative banks. Do you know who runs these cooperative banks? Maharashtra has highest number of cooperative banks. There are so many politicians having so many companies in their names, even they don't know the names of all the company they are owner of.
Mumbai is the richest municipality in Asia. If it has high population density it also gets lots of money via taxes as there are many billionaires in Mumbai.

@@vinayhegde6571 You are obviously someone who has his head under the sand. Maybe it is a result of Godi Media viewership. The Supreme Court asked several states to study and implement the Mumbai Model for handling COVID. On the other hand, BJP ruled states were shamelessly fudging COVID testing, positive and death figures. Several honest, investigative journalism reports have exposed this sad reality. O
In fact, it was states like Kerala, Maharashtra, Delhi, Tamil Nadu and Odisha which handled COVID honestly and in the true sense.
