So glad this is being covered, this is a phenomenal fan film that deserves all the love it gets.

Cecil Laird did such an amazing job capturing the feel of an actual Nightmare production. I love that he got Miko Hughes and so many people with backgrounds in horror to help out, and Dave McRae is a great Freddy. Glad to see this get the love it deserves and help with the Nightmare dry spell.

So, because Wes Craven’s New Nightmare had one of its actors in Dylan’s New Nightmare, this is sort of a semi-official sequel!
Out of every fan made film I’ve seen, this one takes the cake. It’s so good and I’m glad this “weird content” era has gotten us all the chance to see this type of stuff covered.
I love how a Fan Film can be so innovative in its story while still giving the people what they want

I just checked out Dylan's New Nightmares before watching this and i love that this is being covered, its currently one of my favorite fan films and Dave McRae is phenomenal as Freddy.
And I think they will make multiple parts of this it will just take a long time

Truly as a fan of the nightmare films I am so glad this film was able to make something new and interesting while still realizing what made the Nightmare films so special and truly amazing

Man when I first heard of this fan film of a continuation of New Nightmare I just had to see it. I was not disappointed. Dylan's New Nightmare is fantastic. I love the acting, scenario and especially the new Freddy. While not Robert England , Dave McGray was a really good Freddy Krueger.
I hope one day James will do a recount on the elm street series. I would love for him to talk about the behind the scenes stuff.
Especially for Dream Warriors forward like how they accomplished putting Roberts head on a TV and the arms from it

I have been following Dead Meat for a long time. And I have been counting the kills in them! I counted 814,380 total kills in all of Dead Meats 400 kill counts! (including the recounts) Congrats on 400 Kill Counts James and everyone on the Dead Meat crew!

You really love to see a film break your expectations for what you thought it was going and transform into something so elegant and boasting of energy that you kind of feel yourself respecting films more in a essence of it’s virtues and the power being so captivating and immensely gratuitous of the charming emotions of life being cape able of sending you to a different stratosphere and changing the space and fabric of time in a single marvelous perception of time itself
Every time James covers fan film, I get excited, and then I enjoy it cause the kill count is my go-to entertainment. I love dead meat😅

Well this guy can definitely be the new Freddy if we get a reboot this film was fabulous and should be a full length film it can breathe new life into the franchise and the fact that there are alot of horror alumni is totally sweet

I really loved this short and this kill count. It really could have been a feature and it would have been amazing. I’m a big fan of New Nightmare. It’s one of my absolute favorites of the franchise. So happy to have found the short.

They can't just do a movie. It has to be out on DVD/Blu-Ray before James and crew will even cover it. And with the strike it has to be non-struck work.

I really enjoyed this Kill Count. I understand what the SAG strike ongoing it means that you are limited with what you can cover, but I really enjoyed some of the more creative counts you've done recently. It'd be really cool if you could do Never Hike Alone 2 at some point soon.
