A mate of mine has one of these top handled saws for his 4WD. Light, compact, with good power to weight ratio. He won't part with his either.

It's a double edged sword. It bothers me because I feel I know enough to cut a darned branch off a tree so the tree will stay healthy. However, you'd be amazed at some of the crazy stuff I've seen done to trees.

CTSCAPER Yeah I know what you mean. People do some really stupid things but it makes it more difficult for people who know exactly what to do, to actually do the job. Lot of red tape.
