I found out a couple of weeks ago, that I have a brain aneurysm and haven't rested well since. This really helps with the anxiety and headaches as well as helps me find peace with all thats going on. Thx guys, y'all are great. . .
@@TheHonestGuys Thank y'all so much for sayng that. I really like space/Universe themed guided meditation. Hopefully I will see one from y'all soon. Thx again for awesome videos!
I listen to you guys every night to fall sleep. So glad I found your meditations. I also love I love all your meditations keep up the amazing work thank you so much!!! It's amazing escaping into your head and away from being sick all the time like I am.
A word about your disclaimer. I was in a therapy group led by a Behavioral Health Specialist III. A part of our therapy was him giving us guided meditations. Recently when I visited my psychiatrist and told him of the help I was receiving through these meditations and about the practice by the Behavioral Health Specialist III my psychiatrist exuberantly recommended that I continue with these meditations. I'm pretty sure these cognitive therapies have enormous psychological and spiritual benefits and are generally recommended by the medical community, especially here in America where I live.
+TrustInJesus111 I do believe that they can be hugely beneficial, TrustinJesusIII - because they have been for me, and so we certainly hope they may be useful to any-one who comes across them :)
TheHonestGuys I think the medical support can be found in Dr. Jeffrey Schwartz's work with OCD patients, cognitive therapies: The Brain and The Mind: Neuroplasticity and the Power of Mental Force.
love you guys' work. I wish more space meditation/hypnosis vids were done, bc they are the most relaxing to me. I guess it's the beauty of the stars and galaxies as well as the peacefulness of no sound and no gravity. (and you can leave all your stress on earth for most!) thanx to you both! peace and contentment as well
The Honest Guys - Meditations - Relaxation No Problem guys I’ve listened to a lot of other GUIDED MEDITATION and they all pale in comparison to most of your Videos!! Keep them coming Boys LOVE IT
LMAO i just figured out that half of it was silent NO COMPLAINTS it obviosly works cause im always asleep and havent noticed before. Never got to the silent bit awake.
Since I started out adulthood, I couldn`t get enough rest. I am on day 7 of this sleep plan *4InsomniaCure. Com* and already feel better. I slept for 8 hours last night, for the very first time in ages. This is a extremely helpful plan. I read about the causes of insomnia and various ways to treat it. So you can pick what works for you.
*Easy Breathing Practices* While a part of meditation is getting in touch with your awareness, another part has to do with relaxing and clearing your mind. Breathing is an important tool to get to both those places. Breathing may seem as simple as breathing in and out; however, this is not entirely the case. For mediation to be successful, you will need to read up a little, listen to some CDs, and most of all practice a bit of breathing properly. Here are a few easy breathing practices to make your beginning mediation experience an enlightened one. *Proper Sitting for Proper Breathing* First and foremost, make sure that you are comfortable. Sitting upright with a straight spine will help the energy flow and prepare you for proper breathing exercises. Do not sit too rigidly, or you will be uncomfortable and unresponsive to the proper breathing format. *Relaxation of the Body* Once you have gotten into a comfortable seated position, it is important to relax your body to prepare it for breathing techniques and meditation. No matter how well you practice your breathing, if your body is tense, you will not have success. Begin by relaxing the muscles in your toes, moving to your ankles, and work your way all the way up to the top of your head. Once your body is in its relaxed position, then it will be time to begin your proper breathing techniques. *Pay Attention to Your Breaths* In the beginning, simply pay attention to your breaths. Be attuned to the rhythm of the breaths, focusing on the in and out of those breaths. Do not try to control those breaths; just be aware of them. It is very important to be aware of how you are breathing in the beginning before trying to learn any new technique on how to breathe. Being aware is an important part of the process. *Pay Attention to Your Body* Once you are acutely aware of how you breathe, it is important to pay attention to your body. If you are not experiencing your stomach rising and falling with each breath, you may be tense in the moment. It is important to have your breath enter into the nostrils and leave through mouth naturally. *Establish a Rhythm* It is very important to establish a breathing rhythm. Once you become aware of your breathing, you will notice that it is easier to establish a rhythm. Once that rhythm is established, you will find your meditation to flow easily and you will get the most benefit out of that meditation.
I love your meditations, and love the first part of this one. Unfortunately, I cannot hear the "space noise" after the guided part ends, unless I really crank it and then the voice is too loud. I love the ambient space noise part, too.
listened to this once. heard something about an entity approaching and fell back asleep then had a dream where i couldn’t see but i was talking to something
I love you guys you have changed my life - literally. but on some of your recordings I have trouble hearing . is there some setting that maybe I'm missing because not all of the videos are so low in volume. thank you for making sleep part of my life again. I guess that would be what they call a game changer.
For what purpose? I mean *you* can, just for yourself, but everything we have is tied up with copyright, so it cannot be sold or used for anyone except yourself, I am afraid 😧
it should not have. Since the beginning, we’ve only ever placed one before the meditation begins. But sometimes RUclips do, and not just to us. If that happens, it’s completely beyond out control
I love the space-themed meditations. They remind me of the times I spent in my back garden gazing at the night sky with my father.
+Peggy Cone Very glad you liked it, and that it brought back good memories, Peggy :)
