I have a question… When trying to add New Measure to calculate Target vs Actual, after typing = DIVIDE( , nothing pops by for me to select, even if I manually enter [ . This happens from time to time, any reason why….? Thanks for advice! 🙏🏻
Hi, thank you for this. Was very helpful. If you don’t mind can you share the hex code for that nice purple colour from the very beginning of the video?
This is exactly what I'm looking for, but how to calculate this if there are date-wise records for each segment (how to add them) and I have Monthly and Quarterly targets?
Thank you! I spent a day trying to figure out how to complete such a simple task. It was the % remaining with the max( negative) that I was missing. Also needed to the if statement for above target to switch… to make it completely understandable for the user when % remained or % was above target. Thank you so much!
This is great. Thank you. Do you have a video that shows how to achieve a Stepper progress bar ? I would like to illustrate where a project is (which stage). I have a column that has the stage name. Stages are predetermined and follow a certain order. Stage 1 > Stage 2 > Stage 3 > Stage 4. The idea would be to show this kind of visual on a details page (drill down).
Thanks 🙏 For your requirement, Funnel chart should work as it isn’t cable of showing progress by stage and the conversion Please try and share your feedback It can also show both the value and the percentage
not working in my data. as achieved and remaining percentage in 100%stacked Bar showing their individual achieved and remaining % i stacked Colum. resulted in 4 data values in bar. how to solve this problem.
Thanks for watching ! The measure for remaining % is: MAX( - [Actual vs Target %] , 0 ) I used minus to switch negative and positive results from Act vs Target and compare with zero and pick MAX number. If the target is not achieved yet, the negative result will switch to positive and vice versa. Please download the PBIX file study further.
For The table on the right, what front or table style do you choose? It look simply but so clear. Friend .Thank it
Very easy-to-follow guide. Thanks a million times for this.

This is exactly what I want! Thanks alot for the inspiration!

Sometimes the intellisense stops working, close and and open the file, that works

Crack, wonderful Video!
Glad you enjoyed it
slick!
how have you added the remaining percentage please? not sure how to calculate in BI
Thanks for watching !
The measure for remaining % is: MAX( - [Actual vs Target %] , 0 )
I used minus to switch negative and positive results from Act vs Target and compare with zero and pick MAX number. If the target is not achieved yet, the negative result will switch to positive and vice versa.
