Just installed mine today on my z06! Overall a great install video. I had a couple hangups though. At 14:00 it instructs you to bolt the heat shields on. I only receive 2 6m bolts and not 4. I had to improvise with my own bolts. At 21:30, when bolting the front plate to the intake, I did not receive any 10m bolts/nuts. I received what looked like 4m torq bolts/nuts instead. I used those. Not sure if this was a shipping problem or the video needs to be updated. I left a message for paragon support.
@@83jward just a bit over 2 hrs but I also installed solar throttle bodies and throttle controller. The hardest part was getting the old intake out because the back bolts are not easily accessible.
This is amazing. I really thought the C8Z wouldn’t have much left on the table. 42whp with an intake??? 😳 Can’t wait to see what people can do with FBO. 700rwhp on e85 maybe?
i think you guys should make some sort of hard piece trim that assists with the cut/template. Im a little put off by the fact that you are freehanding the cut and then you have a flexible trim piece that's going to follow a wavy cut..
We use a body saw to cut the carpet, makes it easier to cut straight lines. The trim. piece also hides some of the waves if you don't get a perfect cut. Take your time with the cutting.
Excellent video! Is it possible to fit the Eventuri Intake and the Lingenfelter Magnuson Supercharger on the 2024 C8 Corvette Stingray Convertible(HTC)?
Thanks Korey! Will I be able to place an order for the custom coupler along with the Eventuri Intake and the Lingenfelter Magnuson Supercharger from Paragon? and to also have them installed on my C8 Convertible
It does not increase the amount of air going into the cylinders on each stroke because the temperature and pressure of the intake air remain the same. In other words, when the intake valves open, the same amount of air will go into the cylinders. The only way to increase the amount of air going into the cylinders is to increase the pressure (turbo charge) or to lower the temperature of the intake air.
The kit has gaskets that say filter? Do those go on the inside of the plastic housings for each side of intake? I didnt see you install anything on those where they seal against the body
This car, the Chevy Corvette, I have waited my whole life to own. The problem I'm having is trying to buy one. I've been dealing with an exceptionally honest dealer Aaron Miller, but the whole team is exceptional at ( Leach Wilson) in Shelbyville IL. They told me from day one that they would sell the car to me at sticker there . I've been waiting for 3 years now to get one. The dealerships have been gouging the customers, and Chevy hasn't been sending them anywhere but to a few chosen dealerships. Some of the people I know have decided not to buy one now. They moved off and bought Audi's or Porsche's. Chevrolet you need to try to get out to the other markets, I've been a Chevy guy, especially performance Chevy, since I was 17. ( I owned a 70 Chevelle SS 396) Now that I've raised my family and waited my whole life, I want the car of my dreams. Please get it to us Chevy purists!
Paragon and eventuri need to update their installation instructions/video for the HTC. There a many steps no addresses here where the HTC differs from the coupe. You have to take the front cover of the oem air box off to be able to remove it. Where are the 4 included gaskets supposed to go? On the plastic inlets? New bolts and hardware vs what's shown in this video. My silicone couplers are hitting a rivet on both sides. What is everyone doing about this? They aren't sealed correctly as is.
Korey from Paragon emailed me back immediately. For anyone else, remove the bottom bolt on the flange, put the silicone coupler on, then rotate it back into place and put the bolt on. It requires a good bit of force, but it'll pop into place. The gaskets are included for replacing the filters in the future.
My left and right hand side ducts 2:33 did not come with gaskets and your video shows you mounting them without the gasket. However, the factory ducts do have a gasket and the parts sheet shows duct with gasket. Mine did not come with a gasket.. can I get some clarity on that you didn’t use one in your video and parts list shows it but it’s not with the parts
@@Ironcillo9999-tf6zv We do not have that filmed at this time, but you remove the air box & then you can access the hardware needed to remove the intake's.
This thing is totally sick for a aftermarket kit. Its a must have at this point for the Z06. Kudos to Eventuri and Paragon again.
Can't wait to get mine installed! I was going to do a how to video but you guys covered it!
You should weigh the Z06’s OEM box and then weigh the Eventuri to give us an idea of the difference
Rob is on it!
awesome!!! what a beauty, nice work Alex and Media Team
Thanks a lot!

Thank you for replying. I'm about to go to my buddies house and install the intake and throttle bodies now.
@@83jward I was solo, so I can imagine it would go quicker with help.
Lol I'll still be solo haha.
Who was driving JORTS like 30 minutes ago? I was behind Jermey or Rob or whoever was driving it going through old Waukee😂
Great video! Since the clear cover isn’t scratch resistant, I may end up seeing how ppf works over top of it.
Good call!
Great video!
Does it increase any engine noise? For BETTER or worse?
Cant wait until I get one!
You'll be able to hear a increase in sounds from the intake!

Nice detail on the install video.
Do you have to remove the entire intake housing to service the air filters?
Yes you do

Is it possible to fit the Eventuri Intake and the Lingenfelter Magnuson Supercharger on the 2024 C8 Corvette Stingray Convertible(HTC)?
Due to the desing of the intake, a custom coupler would need to be made to pair the two untis.
Thanks Korey!

The custom coupler isn't something we're looking to offer at this time due to low deamnd@@Bboyy333

I'd like to know about those different wing extensions, they look sick! Anyone know where to find?
Very clear instructional video. Will the clear coat not melt with the heat?
No it will not melt. We've had 0 issues on the Stingray and expect 0 for the Z06
How much of a temperature in crease are you seeing in the trunk?
Great question but we never measured before or after.
Do you assume before doing an installation the installer knows to disconnect the battery?

Can you provide a pre-cut carpet for a 2024 Z06 HTC ?
We do not offer pre-cut panels.
Is the protective covering that you have on over the rear of the car available thru Paragon ?
Not at this time.
Do they came with the air filter
Air filters are included and pre-installed!

Are there any heat shielding planned for the exhaust right there?
