Yeah if you're super rich
Maybe $100k compared to the million you spend on a house next to water already. Some you don't even get to sit next to it, but just a "peek a boo view". I guesstimate my will be $150-$300k
Just buy a house in the lake, it’s much better, my family owns a house on Leech Lake in Minnesota and the trailer sized home only costed us 25k along with a boat for around 18k. Much better if a deal than this if you ask me, I still love this property though! So pretty and I wish I could own it.

This backyard is right down the street from me. Its right in downtown. You can't even tell its there from the front of the house. I had the pleasure of seeing this in person. The video doesn't even come close. True art.

I've been researching recreational ponds and water features for a couple of weeks. I am definitely going with a pond as opposed to a pool. I'll be back to watch this regularly, because I can glean so many ideas from this. What a treat.
Watched all the videos of this yard it's absolutely amazing, Can't even fathom the scale of what it takes to build something that looks like its always been there. Ed and the owners and everyone involved should be so proud of what they accomplished it's just amazing 👏

I Love how this water feature has grown. I remember seeing it here on youtube. Back in 2009. And I was just gobsmacked. Now looking at it. And what the home owners have done to make it more interactive with the fairy gardens and the many places to sit along side the stream ? Its just breathtaking. Like other waterfeatures that you guys great. Does this one also get a yearly clean out??

I would have guessed that this was a ten acre property, at least. An incredible creation. This is so over the top that I would never invest in this kind of project . . . but I would so want John to be my uncle, so I could visit there over and over again!

I live in the tropical Daintree Rainforest in Australia. This is an amazing water feature. We had about 7.5m (~24ft) rain last wet season, most of which ends up coming down the mountain via a natural creek and waterfall - this water-feature looks amazingly natural, I wouldn't believe it was built by anyone other than Mother Nature... well done!!! If you ever want to help me build the many 'streams' needed to continue to divert water down the mountain - come to oz for a holiday - lol
