I watched this video a year ago. Just had it pop up again tonight. This is one of my favorite ponds across all the Aquascape channels. It is beautiful.
You'd be surprised how inexpensive it can be. I'm digging on a 3/4 acre pond right now. Ultimately you can power a pond for very little using airlifts or solar. In fact my plan is to collect energy from my pond once completed via a Kaplan Semi Turbine with Siphon. TBH I decided on pond because I wanted water access given the crazy times we live in. I'll also be able to use for recreation. I'll be capable of pulling food out. Lastly I own a small permaculture farm. I can clean out my bogs and water fields with nutrient rich water instead of synthetic BS.
He did such a great job with his first Pond you can see they are thrilled with this one who wouldn't be but get the trumpet vine out of there that's not good with the rocks and lining Columbine recedes and makes a great ground cover covers the entire back of my waterfall
I can not stop watching your videos something I can't express something about water the world can't live with out it but you have build it to where are eyes can't stop looking at the beautiful 😍😍 areas of wild life nature just life the way God made the peace mindset of thought quiet the sound you want to wake up to and go to sleep just can't express what it means to watch your videos something I love to have but we are so far away God have give me a dripels coming down my mountain and small stream my daughter's play with crawl dad's and lizards 🦎🦎. But it's enough to make me happy so when you say you love your job I understand so that should mean you don't work a day in your life because you love want you do but you help so many people with living in harmony with interself people need that today thank you God bless maybe one day

Wowza! I absolutely love this build. It has it all.
With sky high water and electrical prices, we could never build such a beautiful pond in southern California.
You only have to fill it once. After that you just top it off or build a rain water harvesting system into it.
