I just started organizing my stamps and dies. I'm not finished, but so far my method is the same as yours. It makes the most logical sense to me and is easier to flip through to find what I want for a card.
Thank you so much for these ideas. I live in the uk so I’m really sorry I can’t get the storage bins you use they’re lovely, but I’ll try and find something similar. I also think being super organised and strict with yourself to keep up with organising new products 🇬🇧😘
Aw I’m sorry, I hope you can find something similar!! Organization is half the fun and important when you have an ever-growing supply of stuff 😂🤪 Thanks for watching! xx
You’ve done a great job organizing all your stamps and dies! Your containers from Lowe’s fit perfection on your shelving unit! Where did you get your shelving unit?
Thank you! It was quite a process but so glad it’s done because I love it and it’s working well. My husband made the shelving unit. I’m sorry that’s not helpful! 😅
Great tips and ideas! How heavy are the bins when they are full of the dies with the magnetic sheets? Does the weight make the bin warp when you lift it?
Hi Pamela! The dies I use from CTMH actually come on magnet sheets, so that’s what my dies are on in the plastic envelopes. I just cut them to size if needed. I used different magnet sheets on my magnet wall that are thinner, that’s what’s linked in the description.
I've organized my stamps and dies together in one clear envelope like the ones you use. I'm wondering if you combine manufacturers when you file or if you keep them altogether separately? I tried filing them alphabetically with each manufacturer separately, but I have big and little envelopes and it doesn't seem to be working. I also thought I'd file them in groups like, Christmas, Fall, etc. but then I'd be combining manufacturer. Ugh....can you tell I'm frustrated. Suggestions as to what you have found works best for you?
It can be tricky to decide! I feel you, the struggle is real! Until recently, I pretty much had all CTMH stamps. But now I have Stampin’ Up too. I have decided to combine them, however, I still have my SU in my “current” bins. Once they retire I’m planning to file them away with the others (I moved them to envelopes too), but are also taller so we’ll see how that goes. I really want to keep everything together by category so I’m really hoping the height doesn’t bother me. I may put the taller ones at the back of the bins. Could you do that? Why is organizing so hard sometimes? 😂
@@JaymaMalme that’s what I’ve done, taller in back. I have SU stamps, Gina K, Maymay, some I’ve bought on Amazon, Tim Holtz, even some from Dollar Tree and I’m sure I’ve missed someone. It’s crazy trying to organize them. I did have them in three ring binders but went crazy having the dies separate from the stamps. I like this new system but now I have all these binders to deal with, lol. Crazy life of a crafter!
Great storage TFS! Can you possibly help me do an “In Loving Memory of” page for an old friend? Unfortunately I don’t have any pictures but have a bunch of her favorite things to show. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated if you can help? Thank you in advance
Where did you get the white dividers you used towards the end of the video? You put them with the smaller 6x6 envelopes. Are they listed and I’m missing it?
Yes they are listed at the end of the list. They are from Scrapbook dot com but are currently out of stock. If you click that link there might be something similar in the “suggested” area below that product on their website.

It’s not necessarily, I’m just showing what I do. Never said it was super different from other options. The main solutions I wanted to show are the bins that are a game-changer for me. I like that they look nice and are not clear. And the envelopes I use for dies are different from what some people use.
Love that magnetic wall board idea!!
This is a great system! I have all different sized stamps, all the way up to 12x12 IOD stamps to 3x4.. but you gave me an idea! :) Great video!
So glad I could help spark some inspiration. Best of luck!

Yay! You’ll be happy when it’s done!
This is a great solution!
Thank you for all the ideas I used!
Thanks for sharing this!
Love this idea, everything is so neat and organized
Thanks so much! 😊
I actually went out the next day and purchased these for my die cuts! Thank you for sharing!
That’s awesome! That’s what I did when I first saw Erin use them too! You are going to love them. ❤️
Thank you for sharing. I appreciate it. 😊
I hope it helps!

Great tips. Thank you.
I hope they help you!
Very useful storage ideas and tips! 💕
Glad you think so!
Fantastic!
Glad you like it!
TY, I'm getting a headache trying to come up with a system. I like how you have 2 sizes, period.
Nice video thanks! Do you know where the shelves that the boxes are stored on, Came from?
Glad you enjoyed! My husband made that bookshelf 😊

It doesn’t make it warp but it is heavy for sure!
I love your shelf for your dies! Where did you get it?
Thank you! My husband built it. Ha, sorry that’s no help! 🙃
Thank you for sharing this video. I can’t find the link for the magnetic sheets used for your dies.

@@JaymaMalme thank you for your response. I’m trying to find the best magnetic sheets for my dies.

Also how is magnetic board attached to wall please?
My husband used a french cleat to hang it.
I ‘m sorry but I can’t find where you purchased bins and plastic sleeves . Could you please post again . Thank you for great idea.

I'm not sure how these are different from the systems except for fabric rather than clear bins?

I unfortunately don't have that much room to do that
