To avoid breaking the plastic plug, push in the center part of the plug, it will snap in about 1/8" and stay like that. Then the whole plug comes out without effort or breaking.

Great video and he explained so much more than other videos for the Camry door panel removal but never put your cover trim back on until you get all the screws in place.
Yes I would also like to know the answer to the question about the mesh material on the inner door panels....can you replace just that material part or do you need to replace the whole door panel?
