iirc, hitting the rings at all brings you to their center, so the hitbox might barely go through the wall, which teleported them to it. take that with a grain of salt tho
not just the song, but this whole level feels like it pay homage to Crash Twinsanity in a way... specifically the level of Cavern Catastrophe from that game given the setting of Pinball Mire and how you navigate the sections that are not straight up a pinball table.
While i do think this is the low point of the game, and im NOT looking forward to do the cracked run, its by no means an entirely bad stage. I think the pinball is a neat gimmick, albeit a bit awkward to control. Edit: I finally got around to doing cracked attempts and yeah this just isnt fun. It feels like chance whether or not the game lets you through any given section without taking damage. Edit 2: Beat the level cracked and its actually pretty fun once you get into the pinball flow. Still an awful newcomer experience but pretty good otherwise.
from a beginners perspective, this indeed felt like a low point but now i've had time to explore and get used to the controls, I'm somewhat looking forward to playing this level again
You mean the 'cracked' stuff or the level itself? Personally I thought the same about the level, I genuely hate the regular section because is so "bricky". Then didn't like the pinball for obvious reasons. Something similar happend with the water levels and now pinball mire and the bath are one of my favorites. You'll get use to it. In my honest opinion, your level tier adjusts to your likings, so if you hate gimmicks then you might love certain levels. That happend to me with the garden level... Is so long even for the game imo. Anyways not judging, I just like your comment
@@deimianhere9112I find the platforming sections to be mostly fine, except for the rooms right before the little shack you have to enter with the Satan pictures. The gunmoles are especially irritating here, and it kills the pace easily.
@@thepyrosharktf2 the only part I really enjoy of the normal section is that at like the third or second room there is a mole that if you wait, the gunmoles shoots himself I laugh so bad for a whole minute 💀💀 Best enemy besides the walking granades
I actually loved this level on my first go. It is one of my too 3! (1 and 2 are Bomb candy mines, and Big bath) It was also surprisingly easy for me to get the CRACKED rating for this level, I guess it just flows for me.
Its due to the wonky pinball physics in the level. While a neat idea on a normal run, but for a cracked run you have to keep in mind with the combo meter.
This level fucking rules I have no idea what everyone is talking about I cracked it in like an hour lol. WAAAAAAY easier than shit like Cinnamon Springs or Concrete Jungle.
I tried to get cracked on this level 3 times already and never got it for no reason. First attempt I had the bonus HP on so I assumed thats why I didnt get it. 2nd and 3rd attempt were both done without it and only 1 damage, still nothing. I got all collectibles and even a combo of 560 just in case it mattere NOTHING
Rip every fiber of Danton during the pinball segment
Befriend! danton
dantonball
"Husband maimings" is generous considering what he just went through
4:54 unexpected Easter egg
3:16 HUH???
Also, very generous that the flippers and bumpers maintain your combo...

This one and Hell Manor will be the last two I get Cracked on. They REALLY need to fix the pinball physics. Congrats on getting through it!

Not really sure why people are complaining about the cracked run on this level. It was one of the more fun levels to crack imo

I love the design of the little musket moles
This was my favorite level in the game so far, just did it for the first time and it's just amazing.

pre-patch it was NEAR IMPOSSIBLE

Is it me or why does the pinball mire B theme sound like a crash twinsanity song
There is a joke that summitsphere is making anton twin sanity.
“I heard there gonna make Anton twistanity”
8:01 HOW?!
Me after cracking pinball mire:That was the cracked run of pinball mire, you just need to avoid the mole hunters bullets
P.D: I know that it’s not just that I made it to be like that SpongeBob meme with patchy the pirate

NOTHING
did you buy anything else in the shop ?
I think I had the dog on?
also spirit timer extension
@EmojixOfficial you have to make sure you don't have those when you do a cracked run.
ugh, that sucks. thanks for letting me know
Damn, you beat me to it
state-mandated bad level that’s only bad when compared to the rest of the game
