- This Uruk has endured the Gravewalker's cruelty many times, and what is left of his face shows it. This is Bag-Head, a Special Scar personality in Shadow of War!
Bag-Head, or the Faceless, occurs when an Uruk gets two scars stacked, either by coming back several times or returning while already having the Slave Brand or the Shame Mark.
Requirements:
- The Bag-Head scar is extremely inconsistant. You'll see your Captain come back with no new scars, or the Iron Mask instead a lot of times. You'll have to get lucky with these.
- Stack scars on an Uruk who has the same voice as the one in the video (similar voices can also get it, but which ones has not been determined yet).
- You must have had a Captain with the title "The Survivor" to prevent the Uruk you want as Bag-Head from getting the wrong title.
- If you use fire or poison, you must have had the respective legendary scars happen already.

For the sake of your sanity, DO NOT try to get this one. It was extremely frustrating. This idiot would just not cheat death a second time, or get the Iron Mask, or come back with no new scars. I suppose that all depends on RNG, which was extremely unkind to me. Good luck if you want to try anyway.
In case you are wondering, Raw-Head is not a title variant for this guy.

Suddenly I'm glad I transferred a Bag-Head from the first game. Now the only title from the original that I've never seen in SoW is The Purple.
I'm curious how do you get an uruk with the Survivor title?
I killed the uruk and he returned with the jaw-lock, then killed him again and he cameback jawlock-bag head!

Ah, my old favorite from Shadow of Mordor...
Let me tell you about Pruk The Prickler he was my second recruit he betrayed me (blood brother crap) and my first recruit Glogg The Bard (I know awesome) killed him in a rage. Then he came back with a axe imbedded in his face and I killed him throwing him off a cliff. Then guess who I find in the fort while trying to find recruits Pruk with a bag over his head he said that I did this too Him yada yada He killed me and went up to level 65 (note i was on Gravewalker difficultly and I was in the tutorial where you first get Bruz) he became Warchief So I had my guys Glogg the Bard, Ishmoz Battle Forged, And Ogg the Wyrm And with our combined efforts finally killed him for now!
Anyone notice that in the last clip Horza is only using one weapon instead of his two swords?

Did anybody notice how the Uruk wasn't even holding his sword. It's just sort of floating there like it is glued to his palm. It looks like the model was designed to hold a weapon with a thicker hilt.
I had a guy called Horza Blood Axe or something like that, he looked exactly like your Horza except he was covered in blood.
My first nemesis got this in shadow of war, was still in the starting area. First kill was a headshot and I’m not sure how he did the second time, still had the bag head though
the first uruk who ever killed me (7 months ago) got this, I still have him. He died like 3 times, I shamed him a bunch and he went insane with the bag head and I decided to recruit him, he's a level 30 and can kill level 55s.
How is he now?
Does it count with shame scars to?
Is there any chance you know how to get an orc with a gondorian sword?? I had two of them but can't seem to know what's causing them to spawn.
Of the black gate is one that usually gets one, also an of Lithlad had it for me.
