There is an important distinction between laziness and convenience. The "instant abs" is clearly for lazy people. The automatic pot stirrer is quite useful; the additional benefit from the self-stirring mug is no wasteful plastic stirrers.
It's for jobs where workers stand a lot, where there's no chairs, like hiking, disabled people practicing walking, or waiting in long lines. It's convenient. Open you mind instead of being close-minded or too judgey. At least people are trying to invent. You don't have to use them.

I've used the skin tag remover before. They come in a couple of sizes. I used them last year to remove 11 tags from around my body, mostly from arm pits. Areas of movement and rubbing can be a bit uncomfortable until its removed and healed up, but I think it was worth it.
A blender liquidifies food so you can just drink it and it's easier on the stomach to digest. There are machines that help people to breathe and provide oxygen.

No, because the game musical chair has rules where you can only use the designated chairs that they eliminate. It's like sitting down on the ground and saying that counts when it doesn't. Or adding your own chair is like bringing and adding your own extra cards or chess pieces which is cheating.
for small tags all you need is sharp scissors :) . some desinfectant and good eyes (to cut it at the bottom and not something else instead :) ) ... i used to go to dermatologist for skin tag removal ... when the coronavirus quaranteene came i applied the scissors and it worked just as well.
