Just finished using it, ran it for about two hours, wet snow about 18 inches deep, performed like a champ. No more pushing, the tracks are very grippy. One handed operation is not a joke, this thing is solid. Of course, only time will tell as to durability, but initial impressions are pretty good (hand warmers were marginal though).
I was assembling mine today and the power steering trigger is missing the small metal inside the hole at the top for the screw to stay in place to firmly attach the trigger to the metal handle. Other than a warranty request, any easy way to fix this? Also, the power steering triggers seem very cheap and flimsy on mine. How are yours?
I would suggest taking the one out of the other side and taking it to the Headwear store and see if you can match it up and yes I agree some things do seem a bit cheep but for the machine it is I'm happy . Thanks for watching!
I’ve looked into this further and it’s made in China and the part supplier is Midland Power in Toronto. It looks identical to the Hyundai HS7680E blower selling for $2,499
I’ve got my eyes on this machine as well. The price is excellent for the specs in comparison to similar models from other companies. I can’t find anything online regarding this model or which company manufactures it for Benchmark
I just picked up the same exact snowblower, I have a question about assembly the first wire you showed where does the black round wire end, tie into? Also cable "F" cable the red lever at the top where does that terminate in the machine. Had manufacture on phone even they couldn't figure it , they have escalated it to higher up Techs, unfortunately their install book is missing that info
I'm guessing you haven't had a chance to use this yet? We've got over a foot of snow already, and I am giving that exact same machine a very hard look. Did you find any on line reviews or anything?

Where did you connect the grounding cable ring for the electric start. The instructions are silent on this
Hi ..I hooked it to a ground screw near the postiv hook up ..as long as it is grounded is all it needs

Who is the manufacturer? Trying to find this info. I know midland power supplies parts but they aren’t the manufacturer
