Recipe and ingredients:
Recipe 1
00:06 Oatmeal 1 cup.
00:13 2 bananas.
00:32 1 egg.
00:35 Warm water 158 ml.
00:42 Vanillin.
01:04 Strawberry.
01:25 Oil for frying.
01:29 Cover and fry over low heat on both sides until cooked.

Oatmeal 1 cup.
Cabbage 180 g.
2 eggs.
Salt, nutmeg, pepper.
Yoghurt 3 tbsp.
Butter 1 tbsp.
Water 100 ml.
Spring onions.
Oil for frying.
Fry on each side for 3 minutes over medium heat.

Water.
Salt.
Cook until done.
2 eggs.
Homemade yogurt 4 tbsp.
Salt.
Parsley.
Leek.
Oil for frying.
Fry over medium heat.

2 apples.
Juice of ¼ lemon.
Cranberries 80 g.
2 bananas.
Water 200 ml.
Vanillin.
Yoghurt 2 tbsp.
Avocado oil 1 tbsp.
2 eggs.
In the oven/50 minutes/360°C/180°C.

2 apples.
Water 50 ml.
Make applesauce.
Oatmeal 1 cup.
Nuts 50 g.
Vanillin.
Butter.
Avocado oil.
Cranberry.
In the oven 200°C/400°F/20 minutes.
