@@treverblanco probably, it can be generational unfortunately but it doesn’t have to be that way either, you can always change your life and mindset if you really want to change. My boy’s changed my life because I wanted better for them than the way I grew up in an environment of abuse from a stepparent. Millions of people everyday have choices and chose to live their lives for the better. I don’t know the answer but her way isn’t the best way nor the easiest way. It seems like it would be harder and more stressful to live like this than to just get a job and stay away from drugs, I know addiction is hard my dad was an alcoholic but like I said you can change your life for the better if you choose.

As a general rule the cops have to have probable cause, but it actually depends on the terms and conditions of your probation.
Probation usually waives probable cause, you agree you can be searched at any time.
Yes, if you are on "paper" you have given up your rights.

ROFL… I had a similar situation… I chuckled when I caught up to her. As I ran just behind her I asked, “how much further she wanted to run? I needed to get my 3 miles in today.” She stopped and put her hands up. We actually both laughed on the way to jail.

I fell if you are going to do the dumb idea of running from the police, you may want to get into better physical shape.
I’d never run from the cops simply because I’d not want to face plant on the asphalt as I couldn’t afford cosmetic dentistry. Well, that and the fact they’d surely bust most of my ribs if they body slammed me to the ground (why I have a DNR anyway) is another great deterrent.
