reminds me of my what if idea of a female Deku with a Yuki-onna quirk just absurd levels of cold, ice and frost but there i made her like Rei´s (Shoto´s mother) niece cause Inko in that story was Rei´s sister and thus her telekinese was made by freezing water arround stuff and lifting that ice
